Km 220 range - Nissan leaf එකක් මම වසරකට වැඩි කාලයක් බාවිතා කරනවා. 90% පමණ පරිහරණ ධාරිතාව සලකා බැලීමේදී මෙම වාහනය සුපිරියි. ඉතිරි 10% තමයි ප්‍රශ්නය.
1. ගමන්බිමන් නිරන්තරයෙන් සැලසුම් කලයුතුයි
2. දිගු ගමනක් (150 km) නම් Charging station ගැන සැලකිලිමත් විය යුතුයි, බොහෝමයක් අවස්ථාවලදී ගමන්මග තියෙන තැන් ක්‍රියාවිරහිතයි.
3. විසදුමක් විදිහට BYD එකකට යනවා නම්, මෙවායේ මිල ගනන් මධ්‍යම පන්තියේ කෙනෙකුට කෙසේවත් දරාගත නොහැකියි.
4. අනෙක BYD Charger එකට 3 Phase 32A සැපයුමක් බොහෝවිට අවශ්‍යවේවි.
මේ සියල්ලම ගැන සලකා බැලූවිට ලංකාවට තව වසර 5 ක්වත් EV / Plugging Hybrid/ Hybrid සමබරයි යා යුතුයි. ඒ වගේම අපි රටක් විදිහට ඉදිරි වසර දහයකටවත් වෙනස් නොවන ක්‍රමවේදයක් සැලසුම් කල යුතුයි, එලෙසම EV Charging station සදහා විශේවූ සහන රජය විසිනි ලබා දිය යුතුයි.

The EV and Plugin Hybrids maintanance charges are far expensive. BYD however, I had to spend 2.2M to replace the battery of Outlander. People won't like to be a slaves of their vehicle specially EV and Plugin hybrids. You don't have freedom to travel as you want cz batteries suck and eating cycles over time. Also, Grid can't handle that much power demand here and need at least nuclear energy. The best practical solution is Normal Hybrids to save both Fuel and Electricity. It's alone and If your battery sucks then ICE will take over.
