Sì, in effetti SK(X) Pro suona molto bene (anche io l'ho usato con leslie e Tornado) 👍 In realtà poi il tema del leslie è "particolare", perché se è vero che di sicuro offre un effetto "rotante" ad oggi non riprodotto da nessuna simulazione digitale, è anche vero che in certi casi può esaltare i difetti o la "digitalità" dei cloni hammond. E alcuni cloni li riconosci subito, leslie o meno 🤣😂. Yessss 👍 As you know I'm using the HX3 engine starting from 2012, and this last version (3.6) has the new rotary simulation. The basic sound (direct tonewheel generator), when I use it with a real tube amped leslie or Tornado, does not need any deep tweaking (just some adjustment for keyclick and leakage). It's, at the moment, the only digital hammond clone with that "alive" feeling. Also, it has the correct behaviour of last two upper octaves, with full drawbars too. Thanks as usual 👍🤗

@@MrKersey no physical contacts here, but the HX3 board can manage that behaviour with a dedicated midi controller (I saw a video from the manufacturer, BACK in 2012!!!!). but noone seems to be interested in the developement of such controller, maybe costs are still unthinkable!

Ciao 👍 Uso HX3 fin dalla sua prima versione (HOAX) del 2011/2012 (tutti i video con le varie evoluzioni qui nella playlist HX3 dedicata). Livello attuale decisamente interessante, per certe cose (soprattutto full organ, ultime due ottave, "attacco del suono" sotto le dita, saturazione) oggettivamente superiore a tutti gli altri cloni. Leakage da migliorare, simulazione leslie efficace ma migliorabile. Fin dal 2012 (o giù di lì) HX3 può simulare i 9 contatti separati, ma necessita di una master keyboard (prototipo in un video di quegli anni) che probabilmente costerebbe più dello strumento stesso... Ad oggi il keyclick è comunque interessante anche in assenza di "multi-contact" fisici. Trovi qui nel canale i video di Mojo e Legend Soul per confronto (nuovi video con ultimo aggiornamento del Soul a breve).
@@marcoballa mi sembrava di aver capito dal sito UHL che questo modello avesse la simulazione dei nove contatti…ma non hanno ancora caricato il manuale utente sul sito… da mesi …comunque in generale ha un prezzo poco abbordabile e il soul 261 che ha i contatti fisici e opzioni comode che altri cloni non hanno riesce a costare meno
@@tomsel6849 SI', da sempre HX3 ha la simulazione dei contatti (ma non ci sono i 9 contatti fisici sotto i tasti di questo organo - come in tutti i cloni, tranne il New B3 che di fatto è più di un clone digitale, non confrontabile con gli altri -). il Soul, anche lui, ha una SIMULAZIONE digitale dei contatti (NO contatti fisici). 🙂 👍
@@marcoballa Max uses minivent for Leslie, the other big difference (to me) is that the programmer is built in to the UHL whereas Max(Mag) makes it an attachment for sake of size. Still wondering about the 3.6's top two octaves!
First impression, sounds more like some american theater organ used in football stadium than real Hammond. Too much distorsion and leakage make it sounds like imitation. It obviously has good potential but with some right tweaking.

(la simulazione leslie invece è migliorabile 🙂) e nessuno dei tre suona come il mio C3 🙂 (ma questo lo sapevamo già 🙂)
Do anybody in comments know how to make the bass pedals of hx3 come through separate audio outputs from upper and lower manuals? Please help me if you can.
ciao, in a previous version of the expander there was a dedicated menu item to decide the audio outputs of the instrument. in more recent versions I can't find this parameter (maybe it's just available on the external editor)
The sound engine in this organ just smokes anything else I've heard/played, very nice, best overdrive and keyclick anywhere.

yes, same engine but both manufacturer (UHL and MAG) made some little customisation in hardware and software 👍
