Wow, I remember when that Sheldon's wrecker was in service. Sheldon's was running a small fleet of BIG wreckers back in the day. Great to see it lives on.
I just love watching these old trucks run still my grandfather and I rebuilt a 42 sterling when I was a child that was the greatest summers I ever spent was working on that truck with grandpa and let me tell you it was hard finding a chain to use for the chain drive on that truck
wow thanks for keeping the brockway trucks history alive I remember lots local companies had brockway trucks in N.Y.C. garbage trucks. Fuel trucks. Dump trucks.I think most of them had Detroit in them or Cumming. Not sure if any had cat. Or not I think brockway trucks only had round headlight not suqrae headlights 👍👍👍
That garden state truck plaza, truck is awesome. I live five and a half miles away from there. It's a TA truck stop now. I started working on trucks there. Thats really cool!
@@Dailydieseldose315 - I had to do a triple take because usually folks want $6k for some parked in a field for 20 years. If I only needed another project I’d have it home by now 🤩
Thank you for keeping these pieces of history alive it’s beautiful

That red tow truck at 2:42 looks like the left front tire is low, at least it’s a very nice museum exhibit and a rare one at that
Eric, Great review of "The Changing of The Guard"! All of those trucks are beautiful and some of the best made! 👍👍👍
My uncle drove one when he worked for Rosen brothers
