@@TytheCanasian hey ty, just a tip for making your chili oil (since I always make this myself at home): put all the dry ingredients in a heat proof bowl (eg Pyrex glass bowl or a cold pan) and pour your hot oil into the dry ingredients :) When you add the dry stuff into the oil pan, the heat from the pan will continue to heat up your oil and it’ll burn the stuff you add into the oil

There's already different types of wonton (Northern vs southern etc) and dumplings have many types as well... I guess they're not really interchangeable in Chinese, but for english I think its okay?
