i think the combination is really exciting especially the bergamotte butter emulsion combined with the lightness and slight nuttiness of the scallops and the soft texture of the cucumber...although i dont like the color of that ketchup...nevertheless nice dish ;)

yeah way too much green, really boring colors but it's a hallmark of british food lol
