@@BrockJamesStory It's just a phraseology contrast. To say that those who endure to the end will be saved is the same as saying those who will be saved have to endure to the end. The fact is, those who will be saved have it in them to endure to the end, and the substance of that endurance is their faith. It is not the act or work of enduring that saves them, but their faith that saves them. So Jesus says, "...he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved" (Matt. 24:13 // Mk. 13:13).
Just like in the gospels you see the apparent contradiction from endurance and performance verses versus eternal security ones, You could also see the same thing in Paul's writings. 1 COR 15:2 "IF you hold fast", Col 1:23 "IF you continue in the faith" Rom 8:1 no condemned FOR THEM WHO DO NOT walk in the flesh". The relief I find is that these letters are written to gentiles jews and not to us people's of the world as rodney teaches.
So Perseverance of the Saints is true, its just been misplaced dispensationally. Under the Kingdom Program, the doctrine commonly known as Perseverance of the Saints and Lordship Salvation is true?
David, do you think, based on Biblical scriptures, that members of the Body of Christ, will stand before the Judgement Seat of Christ for the rewards you mentioned in this sermon?
Thanks Pastor
Actually this session you have answered all my questions
It was a wonderful thought
God bless you
Thank you David and CBC.
My understanding is only those who live during the 70th week have to endure unto the end to be saved.
What I don’t understand is why say they have to endure to the end if those that are saved will endure unto the end? That part throws me off

@char23c For certain (2Cor 5:10, Rom 14:10-12).
