Hi! I don’t have a boat yet but do I need the MMSI number once I do! Also I tried setting the lat/long on my Cobra HH600 and the numbers won’t go past 5 when trying to set-is it because I’m on land when trying to set. Thanks! Happy sails to you! Peter D.

First thing to do is give your exact location waypoint. Give Latitude - longitude - minutes - and seconds. Forget the rest until you do this first.

This is a good radio, great transmit and receive. Mine quit transmitting so I did a factory reset, problem solved
