W2100 is inexpensive and great for LP builds in 2U servers if you just need one for getting a system booted and for the crash cart. The WX2100, however, is potent for its size. It will absolutely crush any terascale era card too, great for retro builds.
ok, fine. since you hearted my comment but didn't actually answer; I can mod the bios of the 340x/250 and possibly squeeze considerably more performance out of them with higher boost clocks and oc limits.
I own an RX 550 4GB low profile card and a GT 1030 2GB low profile card. I keep them around for sff builds, but use an RX 6600 in muh main rig and an RTX 3050 8GB in another rig.
