Thankyou Apron for this great recipe, a perfect combo of autolyse and tangzhong method. It doesn't require much kneading so I didn't use machine. After autolyse it reaches windowpane already so you just need to add salt, yeast and butter and knead for a while.

@@emkoh2746 I don't use machine for baking my breads, ando they don't deflate... I knead whit my hands, it's a little hard, but they come out perfecta.
@@emkoh2746 sorry for late reply coz I just read your comment. I combined the ingredients together except salt, yeast and butter then mix well and knead just a little. Next, leave for two hours and check if it's reached window pane. If yes then you add the salt, yeast (mix with a bit water) and lastly add butter. It may not easy to knead with hand after you put the yeast and butter but just be patient and continue kneading til the yeast is absorbed then do the same with butter. Actually you can use this recipe and replace with your hands. Hope it helps 😘

Can I add 1tbsp milk powder in addition to all the other ingredients listed in the description? Have a bit of milk powder left at home so... Made your sandwich bread and it came out quite well. Hope this bread will be good too.
Hi Apron, I'm intending to reduce the bread flour from 350g to 175g. Do i need to also reduce the TongZhong portion or can I remain the Tongzhong as 25g flour and 125ml milk to make the bread softer?

高筋麵粉不用過篩
有揉夠的話250克的麵粉就可以滿模了...

是面团揉不够久, 还是二次发酵不够久,又或者是气候比较潮湿,液体该减少啊?我的面团第一次搅拌时看起来已经比影片里的湿了,不成形黏在搅拌机底的。因为太软所以我又尝试用手揉,但太粘了,很粘手,很粘桌面,一直在加面粉。最后卷团时还是比较黏的。
