@@vvolleylife279 the correct form of third person plural has a daal (د) at the end, which infinitive doesn't have. they ate: خوردند , to eat: خوردن We only drop the د in informal. So, you need some context to know which one it is in casual written language. The intonation of the two phrases are also different, so you could easily distinguish in spoken language.
Could someone explain what purpose has "には" at the end of the title "独学で語学を勉強するには？"? How does it change the translation "To study language on your own?", does it make some new meaning or adds some emotional context?
には is often used with どうする、どうすればいい(how to do something). While には itself doesn't have a clear meaning (I suppose), it implies you want to ask how. So, 独学で語学を学習するには means How to learn a language by yourself.
So it's not like には has an additional nuance, it's just the shortened form of にはどうする. Although I'm Japanese and I don't have any grammatical knowledge of the language, hope it helps in some way.
I think Matt speaks than Steve, but that does not mean you cannot communicate in the language, also Matt only knows 2 languages very well and Steves knows more than ten at the B1-B2 level, so it depends on what you want in life.
Matt is better but they have different goals, Matt's goal is to sound as native as possible and Steve's is to learn as many languages as possible to a decent level. Both are impressive in their own ways.
Steve can't possibly think he can speak all his languages equally well. Chances are once he leaves Arabic and Persian, he'll spend a while (possible years) on other languages and Arabic gets rusty during that time just like many other languages. It's not like he can leave a language for years and still speak it well, and if he can always go back and improve, what's the harm starting other languages earlier. He learns these for enjoyment anyway.

There are Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian viewers here too, and the level of English in those countries is the equal to, if not lower than Japan. If this channel is for language learners, why making some videos in their languages? Oh, what's that? You don't know those languages? Even though you live in a city with communities that speak these? Well, I don't know what to tell you Steve, other than you're missing out on quite a few opportunities while these viewers are missing out on what may be valuable tips.

独学できない人は外国語なんて習得できませんよ。学びたい意欲があるというのが最低ラインでしょう。勉強の仕方を教えてくれ、そのポイントを教えてくれって言ってますけど、動画の中で述べてるではないですか。もう一度見返しましょう。
