It works for pushing down the handle when it’s stuck, but it only works when you’ve got the suitcase opened up and are actively pushing down on the little buttons. In my mind that’s not fixed.
True, the problem is not solved.
The way I was able to fix it was putting DW40 oil on the pegs and it helps them not get stuck!
I taped up the hole. its worked for a while.
It doesn’t resolve any issues permanently
All great, until it happens when the case is full

problem 4 worked for me but it seems to only go down if i use the trick. any clue what i should do to prevent the problem from persisting?
The little rods might be bent inside the telescoping bars. You can try taking the grip off and check them. The system is really simple in all these

Could not pull up handle,trying for 30 minutes, then thought to check TH-cam. I pushed in pinballs and pulled up to handle no problem. Thank you so much for posting this!!

Its working. But problem is that if handle goes up then doesn't come down and vice versa. Please suggest

These are the most stupid comments I have seen at same time. Nothing is fixed here ffs...can only access the lock buttons when the suitcase is empty and will get stuck again once it is pushed down...
How is the issue corrected???
One of the pins is pushed in and the other out, I pushed the one in and nothing happened with the handle. Now both pins are pushed in. Problem still not solved.
That doesn't solve it! As soon as you pull the handle up it'll stick again 🤦🏽♀️

Thanks so much! Handle got stuck when I was heading to the airport. 😳 Had to go on a separate TSA line in order to get suitcase through scanner. Sitting in the airport wondering if it’s going to be a problem fitting it in the overhead compartment. Searched you tube and your video popped up. I was able to open my suitcase and unzipped lining to reach buttons on handles inside and it worked?🎉🎉🎉🎉
Exactly the same problem - had to go to a special TSA scanner for odd shaped items and then wondered if I'd hand to gate check or something. While waiting at gate watched video, opened it up, held the buttons, and handle went down like butter! Agree, it's a short term solution - solved this travel stresser!

Open the grip ie part of the handle where you grab it.. inside there will be 2 extensions.. out of which one or both will be broken.. join them be fevistick.. or anything else.. put everything back together.. solved 👍
The push button doesn't retract the aluminium balls when pushing down. How to fix that?

take like those flat things that u use to unscrew stuff idk what its called and then like put it between the push button its prob too close to a side
