Maybe the most emotional 3 minutes of film I have ever seen. . .visited the nursery and Ithumba in early September, marched in Washington yesterday. A thrilling day of love and hope. Love, love, love to the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust and all our babies, ex-orphans, and beautiful wild ones.
I have watched this emotional video time and time again. So much love for these little orphaned babies, Dame Daphne and the Keepers who give so much care and love. Looking forward to visiting them next month and to meeting my foster babies, Naipoki, Barsilinga and Lemoyian. One the most moving few minutes I have ever spent watching this video.
Wonderful to see, I marched for my little Barsilinga and my Kamok and all the other ellies in the world yesterday in London. God bless you Dame Daphne and the DSWT for the great work you do.
My heart has been broken by the terrible things I have read being done to elephants. I was at the march in London. They have such fight in them and such a determination to survive no matter what wickedness man throws at them. I want to leave this earth knowing that they have won their battle for survival.
another elephant is so important to those little babies. all of them have lost their mothers..so sad. thank you dame sheldrick and your team of dedicated staff ...Dame Daphne sheldrick has passed away 13.4.2018 but her work will be remembered always..i will never forget her
Out of ALL the people attending this program, the most important people there....are those local school children. If theyre able to get thru to those kids, the elephants mite have half a chance 🤞❤
I was also privileged to march in London yesterday for my little Mckenna who is now happily back with a herd of adults. After all, she's now 7 years old! Dame Daphne.................SUPERSTAR!!
So powerful to see the Keepers walking in with their charges and their posters. Beautiful. Maybe now visitors will really make the connection between the orphans being there and the larger demand for ivory. The killings must end.
Dame Daphne ...mulher guerreira como eu a admiro pelo amor que ela tem a esses animais, sonho um dia poder visitar esse santuário para elefantes... parabéns!!!
anyone know the music? shazam isn't giving me anything! beautiful video btw..was part of the digital march as i wasn't able to get to a city holding a march.

I'd love to know the music to this too. Anyone?
How is it that an animal of such stature as the elephant can't defend itself from peril ? Well , because it's more civil and humane than humanity .
Anyone know the music?
Lauren Concon I only know its a swahili gospel song
