- Hello everyone! As we enter the final stages of 2020, I thought I would do a quick summary of the top 10 neighbourhoods in Regina for the year! This is basically a list of the ten best neighbourhoods in terms of listings that have sold. Its not easy determining which neighbourhood is better then the rest, but I did my best by using a new listing to listings sold ratio, and a days on market comparison. Check it out! Hey Martin, Can you please share this community map of Regina. They ones i found have totally different neighbourhoods than the ones you named.
what about 2021 and 2022? and which one is the nearest to Regina university??
What neighborhoods would you say are a bad investment?
I'd say there's no bad neighbourhoods to invest in, just different types of investment. Some are good for potential growth in value while others are good for cash flow. Really depends what you're after.
We lived in Regina for a decade, owned a duplex in Broders Annex. Bought it in 2012 for $309,000, sold in 2019 for $260,000….. Regina property is cheap, but not a place to invest.
@@Vinnie3o6 I appreciate u sharing! I've recently seen some study's showing Regina's housing value will drop roughly 15% by 2024.
