- I wanted to look at some of the new merch released this year on the Warrior Cats Store! The website team did send me a small selection of merch items, but I was not sponsored or requested by Warrior Cats to make this video. All opinions are my own. Products are from shopwarriorcats.com

even as a Mapleshade hater, she deserves better from what that plush gave her 💀
That plush fits her character so much, I always imagined her close to what the plush looks like

Ok mapleshade isn't so bad but that plush is horrible and so is the toy of her I haven't bought them but from YT vids ik it's horrible and she deserves better
Can we give them credit for pairing characters that actually make sense together?? Like I always thought the Firestar Graystripe Jayfeather thing was really dumb because they just… don’t make sense. But now they’re doing things like Leafpool and Crowfeather, Tallstar and Leopardstar, etc.. I haven’t seen anybody mention this yet so I just wanted to put it out there!

Yes! They finally starting to pair correct characters together! I think they need to do a fireheart, greystripe, and ravenpaw bundle (the prophecies begin gang)

As goofy as some of the merch is, I’ve always loved it fully. Some of it can definitely be overpriced, but I’m a real sucker for Warrior Cats stuff lol
Acrylic paint for the minis! And coming from someone who has a mostly white oc, I recommend covering you mini is full white first. So then if you mess up you can cover it up witu a few coats.
As a painter of figures i can back this up! Acrylic is top tier
Warriors as a whole is getting better. The team is listening to the fans again. They're making better merch.

I personally love how the minis look! They don’t have the weird nose lines like last time and they’re not perfect and have some scars and stuff. My favorite part is how they made Leopardstar a bengal cat because it makes her more realistic!

I believe my hollyleaf plush is in the uncanny valley of cats, my cats were utterly terrified of her to the point even smelling her would scare them
I was surprised to see that acrylic paint works well on the white vinyl! I also like to use thinner paint markers for smaller details like the eyes or small markings
As goofy as the minies are, they always have a space in my heart.

and acrylic paint would probably be best for painting the minis! Painting on a full white coat before actually painting it is probably a good idea too :D

That Mapleshade plush is nasty, but for the most part, yeah!
I think they should make Crowfeather's plush with Feathertail and Breezepelt or Nightcloud(maybe Sharptooth or some cat of the tribe?)
Randomly, I wish they kept the mini plush heads that were discontinued
Recommendations for paints: posca paint pens for small details over top of acrylic paints. (I recommend “monte mart”s. And have fun making Akira!)

I love the bright heart cup.
I think the scratch-off poster looks nice just white and black, but I'm always too curious to leave it black. The merch seems to be getting nicer compared to a few things in the past, but I've got to say I've only bought the SkyClan pillow and a few figures to be fair. I usually only buy things from Amazon since it's fast.🕶 Honestly, though, the Mapleshade plush looks like she jumped in the river with all that crazy fur.

I copped the mug so fast. And the brightheart/yellowfang due even though I have the others. Theyre my two favourite characters together how could i not
For the customs, I used acrylic paint for mine when I painted my OCs Emberstrike and Stormshade for the youtube channel I upload videos to. I recommend acrylic for Akira as its very inexpensive and dries pretty quickly.

I don't know about you guys, but I *need* that Brightheart mug in my life.
I have the new series of minis. This is the first time they’ve ever looked like worth buying. And I’ve have my Brightheart mug for two weeks. I get nothing but complements as well as strange looks at work when I bring it.

As others have said, use Acrylic. Also make sure you wear clothes you are not afraid to get dirty, acrylic does not come out and no matter how careful you are or think you will be, at some point you will get paint on you.
The fluffy toys and figurines still look awful, but the mug with Brightheart is awesome! If I could, I would buy it!

As others have already said, Acrylic pain is good, and cover it in a coat of white paint first.

Model painter here, the vynl of the warrior cats minis is probably great with paint of the brand vallejo
I like how the thumbnail is a bunch of the products and the just “DOVEWING”
For the paint I recommend acrylic paint
It has become a joke in my friend group where I absolutely hate the bright heart mug because of how ugly it looks. If someone mentions it i now have to scream NOT THE BRIGHTHEART MUG AAAAUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGHHHHHH!

I love how the Erin’s are now listening to their fans and are putting what we want into the store! It’s so amazing! Everything has more detail, more useful, more amazing 😻! So excited to see what they do next. I also begged my parents to buy me the series 6 minis but they probs won’t get me this. I like the minis,even if i have none becouse i use the UE store (ye i live in Ue) and all the minis are sold out,but there are the new one that came late in Ue so i need to wait,and there are some plushies(i like the WarriorCats plushies) that aren't in the UE store,that is sad,but i still think that WarriorCats merch is good even if they are exspensive (Ps:The leopardStar mini looks so good!)
I know you May not get requests for vids but maybe next vid could maybe be of 'wich order to read warriorcats books in' (version 2),there has been a lot of books since then!

If you really wanted to, you could chip off some of the brightheart mug on her missing eye side, and youll get a much closer depiction of her injury

personally I use acrylic paint when painting on plastic. I don't know what the minis are made of but maybe it'll work the same?
