For anyone who is new to this and would like a place to start with Dr Joe’s work, his meditation Breaking the Habit of being Yourself is worth its value in gold. 💜

This man, Dr. Dispenser has also saved me through his teachings I come a long way, I’m still learning, I’m 62 yrs old, and started this work listening to dr dispensa 9 months ago, man have I changed a lot, I came from the past emotionally from childhood abuse, trauma, then drug abuse in my adult years, I’ve learned to change from the past to living in the present, I’m still not that good yet, but I’m definitely on that road, thank you Dr. dispenser and you, Maria, for this information🙏🙏🙏

Dr. Joes work has helped me heal cancer in my right eye…. But more importantly, I feel worthy, while, and free. I’m so grateful. 🥰. This was such a beautiful and relaxed interview… thank you for being “all in” and sharing his genius. ❤

I was just recently diagnosed with bc, and my frame of mind is mostly stable because I've been doing Dr. Joe's work for awhile however I haven't changed my personality to create my new reality. I'm more intentional now with my elevated emotions when I meditate and set my intentions to become someone new. I am truly in the unknown with this new diagnosis. I do know I've never felt more blessed, more loved, more at peace than I have today. I feel the teachings have given me a foundation to rest upon and do the work that I need to do to support my process. I feel healed already even though all my reports say otherwise, and I need another biopsy because the MRI showed another finding in the same breast. That was a huge blessing because had they not seen it, I could be dealing a second blow a few months down the road. I'm hopeful that this area may not be cancer. They want to be extra cautious. That's okay, people. I've got work to do. I wish you all the healing that you want and the feelings of worthiness so you can receive it. Stay blessed! 🙌🏽

I have engaged in different types of meditations since 1983. Plus, prayers with fasting. Finally, I ended up with the breath meditation. Good thing I had gotten better in meditating longer up to one hour to over one hour. Sometimes, it had gotten so good that I forgot about time. Ooh, ooh! Hour & half two hours had passed. Great. I feel great. I feel like the world is mine in a humble, positive way. I feel satisfied & very happy taking it all easy. God is in control. I am gradually getting committed to Dr. Joe Dispenza 's meditation. He got quite a lot of them on TH-cam. The 21/2 hour meditation is pretty fun to practice. I saw lots of different visions of lights moving towards my toes. That's just one instance. I should start recording those extra sensory experiences. I am more regular with the one hours & less. Sometimes, I even do the walking meditation. I still do the breath meditation every now & then. But the guided meditations by Dr. Joe came handy in breaking me into Joe's styles of meditation. Sometimes, I felt like I was getting too much of Joe because I watched the videos & read the books back to back all day. Some nights, I don't have enough energy to meditate after going from Dr. Joe's book to watching the videos. Some days, I watch two or even occasionally three videos. Reading other books like Introduction to Quantum Physics helps me to broaden my understanding of Joe's lecture. Quantum Mechanics, Quantum entanglement & Quantum Superposition are just a few of them leading me to really scienifying Dr. Joe's teachings. So, some days, I am better off starting off with breath meditation because it kept off my cell phone. However, any attempt to grab my guided meditations always distracts me into listening to Joe's TH-cam lectures or even Google stuff. Anyhow, if any attempt to do the guided meditation distracted to listening to the lectures, it's still good, I think, because the lectures get me more grounded with Dr. Joe. I am proud to say that I do intentionally stay away from my cell phone. This helps me to practice, "Please be still and know that I am God."

this is one of the best interviews with Dr. Joe that I have watched. He really filled in with alot of new info I hadn't heard -- I think because of Maria's great interview style. Also, I'm so happy Maria just let Dr. Joe speak without interrupting him (I would have, for sure interrupted too often because I get so excited and want to chime in but she let him finish his excellent always thoughtful train of thought)!!

It seemed to me she interrupted him constantly to tell her own story. Is that her general style that you love? I’d rather hear more of what he had to say. He was so polite and gracious about being interrupted all the time. 😊

I love this man with all my heart... ❤️🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
Although.... Maria keeps interrupting him the whole interview....
Best interviews are when the interviewer let the guess talk and the other listen to learn and make deeper questions.
You actually look smarter and respectful if you do that.

    Thank you and your team.
Can you bring John back again?
I was listening to Dr. Joe last year and will go back to his videos again.

Sooooo good! I am going to my first retreat in December and I am so excited! I've been meditating 2, sometimes 3 times a day for 2 months since discovering Joe's work. It is changing my life and confirming who I actually am. It is what brought me to your channel, looking for others who have experienced his retreats. Thanks for talking about this subject matter and having Joe on. And, I totally agree, this is the key to our soul, it is THE WAY! I firmly believe Jesus understood this ancient wisdom and was trying to teach us how to heal ourselves and others with love.

I have been thinking about ways on how to create my own happiness. I just planned a 2 to 3 day trip to Niagara Falls for my spring break. It gives me time to go clear my head. I am trying to have more positive thoughts, despite what has been done to me recently. You both are correct, I started to realize I am wasting my energy giving toxic people a second thought.

Thank you for sharing. I love you guys’ podcasts so much. This is one of the most powerful conversations I’ve heard. I’m curious about the meditations Maria kept mentioning. One was the walking meditation and I think another was a pineal meditation. If I missed it please forgive me but where/how can we access these?

how can I envision myself as not being depressed if my condition isn‘t visible from the outside? If I‘m in a wheelchair, I can envision myself as being able to walk, but how do I do it with depression?

Hi, I suggest to start doing the pineal gland meditation from dr joe dispenza, its on TH-cam. It’s activating lots of different positive chemicals in the brain. And at same time become aware of what thoughts you are thinking that produce negative chemicals. That’s helping me a lot bit depression.

I realize that it’s off the topic of this podcast but it just occurred to me that understanding the way the subconscious and conscious parts of the mind work and what their specific scopes are, is the best proof that the human mind CANNOT multitask. Specifically it can’t be trusted to manage driving whilst having a cellphone conversation 😊, because the mind keeps envisioning the subject matter of the conversation, etc.
    Just saying.

I chose this video to hear what Dr. Dispenza had to say. I wish he had been allowed to do more of the talking, since he was the one featured.
50 minutes in, I will give it 10 more minutes to the 1/2 mark and if host is still interrupting constantly to hear themself talk, I will stop listening and find something else. 😣
