      Thank you Tony, youre a big inspiration to me, I've been through hell and back dealing with sleeping demons that had lay dormant until I took a hallucinating drug in India and all this stuff I had bottle up from guilt came rushing out, like for the previous 19 yrs It was not me, but a version of me that others had built ,a picture I could no longer fit. My total memory had been wiped clean from drug induced physcosis D.I.P. and years later after researching what had happened, a total nervous breakdown from the shock..and the immediate loneliness I felt even though there were hundreds around, I was conscious of a massive rush of understanding everything in an instant. I know since that lots of others have had simular experiences. I'm ready now to use your tools and advice from Dr Joe Dispenza to get myself across the finish line, knowing at least Ive conquered all fears, and changed for the better. I'd really like to come through this nightmare winning.

    Was at a Bandler seminar 20 years ago and Richard had nothing good to say about Tony. Obviously things have changed. What Tony has done in his life and the millions he’s reached more than anybody else speaks for itself. I am blown away that the two of them were on the same stage together. God bless them both.

      In another one more recently he said some things about his “fire walks” and had a different opinion. Thought sometimes that built compulsions to do the firework over and over again instead of translating it to “if I can do that I can do anything” as Tony imagined people would…. but he said we need people like Tony Robbins.
      I think it was a reframe of Tony’s ideas because a lot of people jump from seminar to seminar without learning anything.

    • @chirorickyp
      @chirorickyp 24 วันที่ผ่านมา +5

      @ repetition is the mother of skill. Some people need to do some things repeatedly until the light turns on or other words the reframe has happened or the change has finally been made. We all love familiarity. When we do a fire walk, it’s easier to do it the next time, than it is to apply the lesson to the next challenge that hasn’t been conquered yet.
      Path of least resistance

      @ no idea, but it must have been something.
      I have heard Bandler say on podcasts, “Tony Robbins knows very little about NLP and he did very well.”
      Must have happened early on because Robbins only mentions Grinder in his books.
      Maybe it was egos. Who knows?
      Glad they both got back together. Bandler deserves the recognition for what he started. Robbins has the audience to do that.

      @@ministerofustback in the 80s or 90s, Richard Bandler sued everyone in the US who was using the name NLP. Including John Grinder. He requested that everyone who was using the name to pay half of million to him… well… Tony Was the only person to pay the sum, so he wouldn’t have to remove his books from the market.
      I don’t know if this was the only issue with Tony, but a lot of people moved to Europe to continue using the NLP name…

    My wife had a particularly nasty form of dermatitis for years (I guess any form is nasty) and the medical specialists could only offer steroidal creams which cost a bomb to help her and it seemed like she would have it for life. In the early 1980s I came across a book called Frogs into Princes by Bandler and Grindler and I read the 6 step process to her from the book waiting for each step to be done before going onto the next step (a clunky process by me, definitely not a smooth operator). Within a couple of days her body had healed and the dermatitis has never returned. A big thank you to Bandler and Grinder for making this information public.

    I really like this video.
    I always wondered why Bandler didn’t use his own advice/methodology/approach to shed weight & quit smoking & lose that appalling pony tail…& voilà at long beeping last he has, shame it took a near death experience to bring him to his senses. As Fritz Perls said;
    “Lose your mind & come to your senses…”
    How much of this, tho, is “Demand characteristics”? And does it even matter?
    I’m very much of the belief that all hypnosis is self hypnosis & I absolutely love Bill O’Hanlon’s comment;
    “You don’t have to believe this will work……(pregnant pause, here…)……you just have to want it to…”
    And that folks is hypnosis in a nutshell
