Un grand merci à vous ❤ de me faire découvrir cette chanson d'Heinrich Isaac (1450-1517) ... J'ai souvent vu en concert des groupes de musique ancienne, médiévale, Renaissance ou baroque et les grands maîtres de la polyphonie franco-flamande, Dufay, Binchois sont souvent remis à l'honneur mais, là, je fais une découverte !
Superbe interprétation, expressive et émouvante pour cette " maumariée" comme on disait autrefois en France !

Il s'agit de la langue française, telle qu'on la prononçait vers 1500...Ainsi " moi" est prononcé "moué". La jeune femme conte un mariage mal assorti : jeune fille de 15 ans et demie mariée à un vieillard à barbe grise. Les chansons populaires traditionnelles françaises parlent, autrefois de "maumariées" = mal mariées.
