The balloons represent burdens, that's why NF is always carrying more than everyone else in his videos. The white symbolizes purity and good, while the black is evil. NF is almost always wearing black because he's got his demons and issues, while the people in white are your average people who don't seem to have problems. It's all a powerful metaphor with layers to it.
