      Thanks for reaching out. If you want information on the formula for our superplasticizers, you'll have to call our office at (214) 221-9494, but you can order Supercizer PCE, or any of our other superplasticizers on our website. fritzpak.com/product-category/supercizers-water-reducers/

    What happens when you add both?

    Does the slump buster reduce workability time window? Can you add a set-retarder with the slump buster?

      Thank you for reaching out. Super Slump Buster does not have any noticeable effect on the concrete set time, and yes it can be used alongside a set delay admixture.

    Do you make a product well suited for ICF construction? Considering ordering a 6 sack with 3/8 pea gravel, 5% air, Helix micro rebar, and having it arrive on site at about a 4" slump. Then using an admix to increase the slump to about 6".

      We actually have several products that are perfect for ICF construction. You can find them on our ICF applications page. fritzpak.com/applications/icf-contractors/

    Can you still add fibers to concrete with super plastciser

    • @fritzpak4821
      @fritzpak4821  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Yes, you can use fiber in a mix that contains a superplasticizer.

    So you can order a 4 slump add reducer and it’ll become a 6 slump? How much do you put per yard ?

    • @fritzpak4821
      @fritzpak4821  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It depends on the product you are using and the mix design, but generally speaking, in a full truckload of concrete, 1 bag of our superplasticizer will increase the slump by 1 inch. So if you are at a 4 inch, and you want to go to a 6 inch, you’ll add two bags to a full truck. And it is proportional, so if it was half a truck, you would add just 1 bag to go from a 4 to a 6.

      @@fritzpak4821 1 bag to 10 yards of concrete is normally a full load and it’ll raise you 1 inch per bag . Great product. Thanks for the answer so fast too.

    How can retain concrete slump 150 mm after 3 hrs in M-60 mix design?

    • @fritzpak4821
      @fritzpak4821  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for reaching out. Our recommendation would be to batch the concrete with just 3-4 hours of delayed set initially ignoring the slump, and then introduce the superplasticizer at the 3-hour mark to gain the necessary 150 mm. Trying to maintain a high slump for such a long period of time is usually unnecessary and extremely costly.
