Just curious, what's your bat/brand of choice?(serious question) Gennys aren't for everyone but what I can't say is their warranty process and customer service is second to none. Fill out the form, go through the process and you usually have a response within a day or 2 and can get it on the way without sending your bat back. I've had bats with easily 750+ swings on them, seamed to hell and with pieces flaking off still pass compression. I could care a less about some small cosmetic issues like a small seam if the bat performs, passes and the company will stand behind the product as well as replace it with no push back.
