Though i could not copy from pc, because it's storage was not showing in pc in the fastboot or twrp mode. So i sideloaded supersu and lazy--flasher using "adb sideload" command.

I'm using redmi4 3gb ram model with miui 9(Nougat based) stable Variant...my device bootloader is unlocked..and i want to root my redmi 4..by following your method...if i reboot to recovery mode after format data in twrp...my bootloader has been stucked...every time i follow your method by bootloader has been stucked...and for this i have to install again n again stock room via mi flash tool...so can you make a fresh one video of redmi 4..or you can provide a solution here...
i done all the steps and my phone got rooted ya it take some time to understand this and how to get permission to unlock mi unlock status. note this if you skip any part then get ready to buy a new phone please dont skip any part and mi unlock status will take around 3-7 days to get unlock and then after you can install recovery keep calm and to every thing properly and if you get stuck in any part just take help from some who has done it before, be happy and have a good day .

+ashok karatapu you should not lock bootloader when it's rooted. So unlock the bootloader again and try to reboot :)
