- I installed a 1940s RB hoop on my TB flathead and decided to tear the whole thing down to set up and do a light cleaning.
Banjo details:
1943 TB75 original flathead. Shipped January 1943
FON F5637-2
Named the "Amanda Ann" after my late mother.
Conversion neck is made by renowned craftsmen Frank and Ricky Neat of Kentucky out of curly Honduran Mahagany and A grade Brazilian Rosewood that I sourced.
Thanks for listening!
Crisp, sharp and well played...well done, sir!!!😊
Sounding GREAT Zack, Weld it !!!!!😊
Sounds really great with a hoop. Its all in the wood. 😊
@luvbgrass its not a hoop banjo, it's an original flathead. I just swapped tension hoops out from a tenor to an RB from the 40s. So it's a full weight banjo!
@@bullseye1130 My bad, lol. No wonder it sounds great. 👍
@@luvbgrass all good!
Great picking and a brute of a flathead!
Shucks Kris you're making me blush!
Sounds perfect! Great job Zach. I wished I could've seen your left hand though. Let's pick!
