Man I grew up playing roller hockey and rollerblading since I was 6 years old. I’ll never forget the first time I put my neighbors on I didn’t fall one time it felt so naturally. Then the same day they built a ramp and I started jumping. The next week I went out and got jr K2 aggressive in-line skates. Started hitting handrails when I was 10. Then moved to TRS’s then when I was 13 I got a pair of Remz and it was game over. We got a team together, got a local skateboard shop who sold rollerblading accessories, Grind plates n such, to sponsor us for the x games. They took rollerblading out the next year. I was heartbroken. Then rollerblading became less popular, we all graduated and started working full time and the team kind of disbanded. None of us talk to eachother anymore. My Remz ended up getting thrown out by accident during a move to a new home and now I can’t buy them anywhere. I wanna find a pair so bad and just go out and hit some stair gaps and handrails. I’m 36 years old now but I’m just as agile as I was 20 years ago. I live 30 minutes outside of Philly. I can’t believe they have that many rollerbladers in New York. It was the only thing I was ever good enough to go pro at. I get really nostalgic watching your videos. My girlfriend’s brothers wedding is in New York next week. Man I wish I had my skates I’d be tearing up the city like you. Much love sir. Watching your videos are bitter sweet because I have unconditional love for rollerbladers, but I’m sad that I don’t have mine..
Get you some skates!!! I just bought my first pair of blades at 34 years old after growing up skateboarding my whole life. Rollerblading is hard as shit! 😂😂 I got mad respect for the bladers out there
i spent a little less then 300 dollars on my skates and its sad if you dont even have 250 dollars to buy some really good skates. I think you would get comfortable with them real fast! good luck my guy, you have an awesome storytelling btw haha
@ I have the money. I can’t find the specific skates I want. I’m sure I can get a good pair. I want a pair of the remz I had years ago. Tried to get a pair online and got scammed. Can’t find them anywhere else
@jamesdoakes4956 what about you get some other newer skates? your specific ones probably arent in sale anymore, because they may be completely outdated and just not worth the money. newer skates have some better optimizations that were designed in the last two decades. Im sure newer skates are easy to find and much more worth the money
The feeling of being taken from my everyday routine through your videos, is the highlight of the day… thanks again for the time spent creating a window of adventures for us… ✌️✌️✌️
you are one of the three youtubers that I can watch every video from start to finish, the editing, the music, your personality, just yes and with my birthday in 3 weeks I'm gonna be able to afford skates and I can finally follow your tutorials instead of daydreaming about it :D
3:40 still looks like a nice road around here. I wish our roads looked that nice. Interesting to hear your opinion about the wheels being wider on the edges. I have seen multiple videos of people using scooter wheels on their inline skates but never really heard their opinion on the differences. Other than them being wider than the normal wheels, they did not seem to effect your skating in any way. I liked watching you skate on the wet surfaces at the end. Great video as always.
I feel ya on the rough terrain. Makes me hesitant to try metal wheels outdoors, but I was stunned the first time I tried al hub quad wheels, so much roll. Definitely gonna have to try these inline ones now.
Awesome! I was wondering what boot you are wearing, it is so versatile! Love your videos, I skate longer distances for exercise, usually 20 to 40 miles a pop, but you inspire me to roll around in my apartment more to practice control and technique! ❤❤💚💚
I love skating in the rain. but only on my 4x110. It gives so much grip on the push and I know I can stop no matter how fast because its easier to get into a controlled slide
A bit over edited compared to previous videos. It’s great to see a whole run and how you get out of sticky situations or a more honest view of a run. I appreciate you may have just cut out all the stopping but it was a bit disjointed this time. However, love your videos and skills, keep on keeping on👍
I really want to start commuting this way. There are a lot of things that make me nervous when it comes to traffic, aggressive drivers, and overall safety. Would you be able to make a video specifically with your bad experiences and what made you the skater you are today? I feel like alot of us could really benefit from it
U profile vs a V profile. We have tires like that in biking and for motorcycles. V has better tip in and U is a more neutral feeling tire whether on the crown or on the side.
It's relaxing because you're such an amazing skater, but it's terrifying because of the sheer stakes of the riding. I wonder how long it would take to be able to learn to skate at your level from scratch
I've got the wonderful idea! Let's all skate on scooter wheels. So scooters won't have wheels anymore and won't cause rollerbladers problems on the streets. Dope video, as always btw👍
YOU MADMAN ! I find skating in the rain terrifying my legs are just sliding away from me, and breaking is non existent for me especially anywhere near trees... fallen leaves
As someone who is impressed with your skills, and who bikes through downtown streets, I have an honest question! How do you mitigate the risk of getting doored?!? Personally I am much more cautious, always giving parked cars a door width just in case. With cabs and other ride share vehicles everywhere you never know when someone might decide to get out. Has this ever happened to you?
Any way to get the pov behind you? Id like to see traffic to watch your pathing and decision making. Like the vids. Looks like the fastest and most fun way to get around?
Colours of skates are sick ❤ one thing, as a driver, please wear lights front and back, for your safety. I really enjoy your content and don't want you to get hurt.
you start rollorblading during pandamic? Your skill is amazing, is your skill exceptional? Or would i still be able to learn this when I am 35y old but motivated? :)
Seems like impossible to skate over there. you got some mad skills. Ever tried offroad skates? the ones with 150mm air tires. it feels amazing but it drains your energy
I have Idea probably stupid idea,but.... use a wingsuit to be able to brake faster (spreading arms) and maneuver better... cut the legs part (most likely)... maby somehow you can lean more in front to go faster with wings ???? maby ????
it's easy with the proper tool. you just need a large socket, a washer, and a threaded rod. a sort of DIY bearing puller. bearings should be properly in place and how they are just held in loose in a plastic wheel is the improper clearance. it's actually ridiculous how you can just plop them out from "normal" wheels. i know this is the common practice but bearings can't really do their job properly if they're fitted like that, and can eat the material around them.
I want to make a confession in this video and the thing is that sometimes I have thoughts that could hurt me and I struggle with depression and skating is the only thing that helps me escape from those situations but I'm afraid because I won't be able to afford to buy another set of tires because of tha i think that when the current set is worn out I will cease to exist
Team DRAKE ALL day! We can't roll out to Kendrick Lamar's " Struggle bars." Kendrick's music doesn't represent success and the good life. #TeamDrizzy 💯
"We have the same helmet" sure but her is properly attached while your chin strap is slack which means that you have all the bad sides of helmets & none of the good & vital ones ☠
I hope you have a 3-5 hrs. long video. I don't care if you get tired! I WANNA WATCH YOUR VIDEO ALL DAY!
Bro go do some job eat a banana instead you will feel bananastic and want to roll on a banana 🍌
😂😂😂
I rolled through NY for three hours a bit ago, it is exhausting! Though I'm not nearly as good as Ari, lol
Lol I got a 3-5 hr video idea for him........"teaching me how to skate NYC like that "😂

Woah, New Wheels AND Big Silver Bean? Fantastic Video!
The rainy night footage is lovely.
Awesome video as always! Thanks for being such a huge inspiration, you are the coolest TH-camr on the internet
Dude you have inspired me to put my blades back on and run the city 🎉
you are one of the three youtubers that I can watch every video from start to finish, the editing, the music, your personality, just yes

The setup color combo looks quite sick. This supports my suspicion Scooter wheels are exactly the same as inline wheels.
Ari! You've done it again. Another great video!
3:40 still looks like a nice road around here. I wish our roads looked that nice.
Interesting to hear your opinion about the wheels being wider on the edges. I have seen multiple videos of people using scooter wheels on their inline skates but never really heard their opinion on the differences.

Can you bring back the speedometer please?
ooo there was a speedometer? 👀

Oh man the Vivaldi part... -chef's kiss- 😘👌
Ari always breaking boundaries 🤙🏼
I'm now into my third stint as an inline skater. I've never been as good as you are and I would love to get there.
Such a joy to watch..
When you said "Let's go down 7th" I expected you to play Beethoven's 7th. But Vivaldi is also a great choice.
Awesome! I was wondering what boot you are wearing, it is so versatile! Love your videos, I skate longer distances for exercise, usually 20 to 40 miles a pop, but you inspire me to roll around in my apartment more to practice control and technique! ❤❤💚💚
Powerslide Next (Mery Munoz pro)
@@ericbernardi8116 sweet, thanks
... & you would be gorgeous with flashing lights front & back 😆
The silver been is work of art, it must be cool to feel a part of it even for a while.
Now i want a pair of those. Ill be in NYC in a month with our E-scooters and puppies. Cant wait
I love watching your videos, they always entertain me keep it up😄😄😄
Out done yourself on the music for this one 👊
The Bont bearing press is a great tool
Your content is soo vibe, I love it, great to watch

That inverted drag stop at 04:19 was crazy well executed..!!
Can you make a tutorial on this move?
And fire soundtrack!
Awesome vids fan from Iceland
We need a track list!!
I really want to start commuting this way. There are a lot of things that make me nervous when it comes to traffic, aggressive drivers, and overall safety.

I feel like alot of us could really benefit from it
“Are you playing Drake right now??” and that man really said Drake all day 💀
He certified…. Lol
I appreciate that you say gesundheit. I always feel like the only one lol
If you ever feel alone come to the german speaking world 😝
@@ericbernardi8116 Jawohl! Aber Ich konnen mich nur ein bischen Deutsch sprechen!
U profile vs a V profile. We have tires like that in biking and for motorcycles. V has better tip in and U is a more neutral feeling tire whether on the crown or on the side.
Great video !!!

At least several years, I guess.
Ohhh to go around that huge bean ... 😇 That was something
Awesome video !
The Pro Knee Gaskets from Core are Dope
Can't believe you didn't ask that guy in the car what he did for a job! Hahahahaha!
Thank you so much for your content! What helmet is that? I love the built in brim
2:00 would not want to get doored anywhere lol.
-came close to getting doored once. 😅
nice keep on rolling !
Has this ever happened to you?
awesome video! what boots are you using in the vid?
He's an extremely confident skater.
What a rapgod intro sentence 😅
3:46 UK wheels on a UK road 😅
Any way to get the pov behind you? Id like to see traffic to watch your pathing and decision making.
Like the vids. Looks like the fastest and most fun way to get around?
bros a nyc legend atp
Core is a Inline Speed Skating wheel. 125mm probably and it's probably a 95a to a 98a hardness.
What is he using to take the shots?
Insta 360 x4. Just putting that out there in case they want to send me one
If cops had rollerblades they would be way better, I said that before haha
So do scooter wheels help with rain conditions?..
Can you imagine how many more people would fit on the road if they would not all have cars?
Colours of skates are sick ❤ one thing, as a driver, please wear lights front and back, for your safety. I really enjoy your content and don't want you to get hurt.
Niiiice. I like it.
Hi, just got back into skating and was wondering what Helmet he is using, does anyone know?
you start rollorblading during pandamic? Your skill is amazing, is your skill exceptional? Or would i still be able to learn this when I am 35y old but motivated? :)
Eventually those wheels will wear out like a skate's wheel. A skate is to a skater as a wand is to a wizard. That thing has extra power for sure.
Oh man, that was a close call on the intro😬
What is your workout routine?
Seems like impossible to skate over there. you got some mad skills.
Ever tried offroad skates? the ones with 150mm air tires. it feels amazing but it drains your energy
Can you give us another adrenaline rush vlog please!
What is your inline brand?
Are you Recording on ultra wide oder just wide?
your skate boor, what's the name?
Even a scooter would be too shy to scoot in the rain, you got a lot of nerves but those wheels does help.
if cops had roller blades that would be way scarier 😭 imagine the terror they could inflict on the city if they had that level of movement on foot....
🔥🔥🔥🔥
I have Idea probably stupid idea,but.... use a wingsuit to be able to brake faster (spreading arms) and maneuver better... cut the legs part (most likely)... maby somehow you can lean more in front to go faster with wings ???? maby ????
Yo is that baby blue colour ? What is the name of the colour ❗️❗️

Speedometer !
what skates are those
Powerslide next I believe
powerlisde next
great stamina, can barely understand how you can keep up with that speed all the time
It's very interesting to watch you, but why are you riding without lights? Think about the other road users!
I've got rollerblade wheels on my skateboard
I want to make a confession in this video and the thing is that sometimes I have thoughts that could hurt me and I struggle with depression and skating is the only thing that helps me escape from those situations but I'm afraid because I won't be able to afford to buy another set of tires because of tha i think that when the current set is worn out I will cease to exist
If I had to hazard a guess it was a prisoner transport that the cops were escorting.
France. Of all places, at one point in recent history HAD rollerblading cops. Maybe e-bike cops would be good in NY.
Don't mind me, just skating past the president
68👍
Team DRAKE ALL day! We can't roll out to Kendrick Lamar's " Struggle bars." Kendrick's music doesn't represent success and the good life. #TeamDrizzy 💯

Do you ever crash or eat it? I hope not. Inquiring minds want to know.
yooooooooooooooooooooooooo
If 2xtreme were real life…
Looks like probability of you living after you skate is 0.001%. 😂 Luck favours the brave. But, Luck doesn't last forever. Keep that in your mind

Meanwhile in Pakistan…
I can roll just as fast as you, but not on wheels
I see what you did there. How bout rolling on inlines at a rave while rolling?
What skates are those
