The Mumbai-Nagpur Expressway or Nagpur-Mumbai Super Communication Expressway (officially known as Hindu Hrudaysamarat Balasaheb Thackeray Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg) is an under-construction 701 km long and 6-lane wide (expandable to 8-lane) access-controlled expressway in Maharashtra, India. It will be amongst the country's longest Greenfield road project, connecting the two capitals of the state i.e., Mumbai and Nagpur. The project is led by the state infrastructure arm Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) and is designed under the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) model.

I am from Tamilnadu.
We can connect Bay of Bengal by Chennai Port and also connect Arabian Sea & Indian Ocean by Tuticorin port.
Tamilnadu is growing consistently 8-10% & plenty of new industries are coming every year.
However, Road infrastructure connecting ports, Railway infrastructure are extremely pathetic.
ADMK ruled 32 years out of last 45 years .
It is shame that our older generation elected cinema stars to lead the state.

It was Nitin Gadkari's master plan which he presented to the BJP/Fadnavis ruled state government back in 2016 and Fadnavis agreed to build it under MSRDC since NHAI already had too many projects under it he was the one who came forward with the idea of this expressway back in 2005 after the success of Mumbai Pune expressway this expressway was only possible because of Fadnavis since not a single rupee was taken from the Centre and tge whole expy is state fundef

Highways are most progressive way of one country
Safe and fantastic car drive on Samrudhi Mahamarg. Need a few refreshment tea stall and toilet at around every 250 Km on a safe side lane and a fuel station every 500 Km to make a drive further wonderful.

@@dronemanYT Aggred but till that time in any case of Emergency driver needs to stop a vehicle so where he will park and take a break on running highway at a speed of 180 kms/hr ?

2nd,, toll plaza will be available at a interval of 40-50 km approx.
So there will no probs for people.. and in case of any emergency, i think they will provide some helplines so that the nearest officers can help them.. but i,m not 100% sure
