And, and, and a much larger amenity plot for a mosque and a park situated in the centre of Kashmir Road, Hali Road, Sir Syed Road & Allama Iqbal Road (P.E.C.H.S Block 2) has been encroached upon. There is a private nursery on it, and many houses have been built illegally. How can someone expect that there will still be a vacant plot in PECHS Block 2, but 2 units are in the process of construction on a 1,000 square yards on the same amenity plot.

The policy of plot should be on second or third plot. People cannot buy a land and do construction in just 3 years, it will put a strain on the coffers.

Bahria Town is the ONLY first World City(after Islamabad) in Pakistan.
