@@FreddySherman well the most expensive gold is White gold which is only 14K at it's purest. You really wouldn't want to be walking around with 24K gold jewelry because it would be too soft. When you see 24K gold it's usually just gold platted.
@@vorjay I understand but I'm not talking about the tech details, I'm talking about the image or brand. Most people would think 24K is better than 22K. There are a lot of clubs and restaurants with that in their name and it's always 24K as that is the highest level possible.

Not a fan of Mediterranean look and the color of the villa but definitely a beautiful development .. would have been nice if each villa would have a private mooring for a yacht .. they just cant beat luxury homes in florida .. less money but more value ..
