There is a better way Get 8th oz round head with a #1 hook, push the eyelet to where it comes out where the main body and tail meet Now you can make it weedless when u put the point of the back threw the nose Now ur tube will glide away from you Instead of spiraling like a corkscrew to the ground, Then if you wanted to make it come threw everything and not get snagged put the smallest SNAP on it now it pendulums threw everything We even tossed a shopping cart in a pool and watch the tube come right threw it Look like a real craw scampering away Have caught alot of big bass and crappie on it
I got 2 packs out of the walmart clearance bin today! They look decent and I already have the tube/jig hooks to use with them. $2.50 a pack.
