I do a very small amount of paper piecing when I need a change of interest. It is so relaxing to do. I’ve only made three full size quilts and feel that’s enough, but I do like smaller projects. I love watching anything you do. I want to do a little crazy quilting and it will be nice to refer back to your videos as I love your stitching. I actually dislike hand quilting, but don’t mind the patchwork side of things. I admire anyone so committed. Tfs x
Hi Mary! I think EPP is relaxing, too. I realize we're probably in the minority. :-) I'm also the same, where I much prefer the patchwork or the creative part of a quilt rather than the actual quilting. And if it's just a quilt to throw on one of the grandkid's beds or something like that, I usually end up machine quilting it or having my local shop quilt it. Because, not only do I not enjoy that part, but I don't have the time for it. So happy to hear from you. Hope you are doing well. xo
I am just a beginner…..and have tried both sewing and gluing….I prefer glue also…..I have only made pin cushion projects…..but now need to branch out to a bigger project……your presentation made me feel comfortable as I don’t prefer the sewing machine…..And I too use the eye glass covers for storing and easy carrying around…..ie my crochet hooks, shorter knitting sock needle…..hahahaha
Thank you! I noticed that after a few months some of the glue had lost its stickiness. I haven't really left mine for years or anything, so I don't really know. But, honestly, most of the time when I pick something up months later, it's still holding. And usually if it has come undone it's usually just a little part here or there, not usually the whole thing. If you are going to leave yours for a couple of years before you start stitching, basting would probably be better. Thank you for watching! xo
@joybells57 I bought the turning cutting table off Amazon, the glue sticks from my regular quilt shop, but you can also get them on Amazon. The templates I got off Etsy and the papers from PaperPieces.com. Although you can get the templates and the papers from both Etsy and PaperPieces. I just buy stuff when I see it. :-) Thank you for watching.

Great minds think alike! :-) Thank you for watching and I hope you have wonderful fun and success with your project. xo
Hi, Loretta. ❤ I sure do love and appreciate your videos! I'm considering taking on the Lucy Boston quilt as my next project!
Thank you! Lucy Boston is definitely a commitment, but that's okay. We're going to be stitching anyway. :-) xo
Great detailed tutorial, thank you! Will the glue hold for a long time till I collect many for my quilt?

Great explanation. And thank you for the glue brand tip! I’m excited to start a new project 😃
You are so welcome! I hope you have fun. xo
Much appreciated! Do you buy all these things on the paper pieces site?❤
