recipe is defo from Shanghai and they hv the aunties team fr Shanghai to run the soft opening, however the kitchen is too small and the stove is not the same as the traditional Chinese one, so they aren't able to use the big pan they brought from Shanghai, hv to use a standard frying pan instead, so I would say flavor is there, but not "exactly there", esp. the bottom of the dumpling, it is crispy but missing the flavor from the pan itself. anyways already good enough for Sydney.
