    One of the habits I really wanted to develop was running 6 days a week, It’s been one month and I am not a very athletic person
    It’s been a month and I have come very far since the start of this challenge for my self, even though there was some weeks were I felt very lazy and did only 5 days, and there was days I absolutely hated going for the run, now it became not only auto pilot but actually something I look forward to everyday.
    I feel very relaxed and focus after each run and not only I like the physical changes It has shown but very much the positive mental impact of setting up small running goals and accomplishing them such an amazing feeling.

    For a month now I have been teaching myself to read books, to run and devote time to professional improvement (I am a programmer), every day.
    I can say that 30 days is not enough for the development of strong habits because during this time we do not experience many different reasons for which we can quit, for example a hard day at work, or quarrel with close people and so on.
    One of the best habits I have developed is making the bed. After this habit, you have a desire to restore order on the table, then throughout the room and so on. after all you start to bring order in your life.
    My english is not the best but i hope you understand what i mean)

      Thanks for the comment Timur!
      Totally agree with you. Emotion and mood play a big part in our life and often led us to miss a day doing the habit we set up to build. When this happens to me, it's important to reflect and recap on the the purpose and why. But I try not to take it too hard on myself and start right back up again where you left off.
      I do need to learn more from you, making my bed right after i woke up. I'm such a messy person

    I struggle with minimalism but it helped me when I was at my worst

      May I know what struggle you faced with minimalism? Personally, i adopted minimalism life at a comfortable pace, slowly without depriving myself. So do it at your own pace, understand the purpose and it's never about deprivation.

    What do u think is the relationship between our habits and our perception about the meaning of life? Isn't life supposed to be unexpected and spontaneous?

    • @CKSPACE
      @CKSPACE  5 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Hey Deanna, thanks for the question! Meaning of life is highly individual. No matter how you perceive the meaning of life, habits will still be there. Developing habits deliberately can shape the kind of lifestyle you desire, however, life is still going to be unexpected and spontaneous even when one has developed good habits. That said, why not choose the conscious effort to create good habits while living your life to the fullest!

      @Hooked Otaku Have a look into Rotational Pelvic tilt and Lateral Pelvic tilt :)
      Wonky boy gang sadly

    • @HexNebula

      @Hooked Otaku
      Everything is linked
      Your shoulders might have dropped as a result of your pelvis being hiked up, or rotated.
      This can be due to leg length differences or the way you stand
      If you're pointing your foot out on one side and putting more weight on 1 foot. Fixing the habit will only do so much.
      You will also need to fix what damage is has done, as both legs are no longer the same due to months potentially years of being in the wrong position.
      Highly recommend the website posture direct by Mark Wong
      It'll take some effort and time but you got this! :)

      Thanks for the comment. As a human, we often overly invest our emotion to the results, craving instant gratification from short term effort. Giving up when the results do not align with our expectations.
      Instead of doing things based on emotion from the results, focus on committing to the process. Believe that it is a long term game and be patient with the result.
      Hope this can help you out with building a good habit.
