- This section of Titus 2 is one of the most practical passages of Paul's letters and the New Testament. Paul wrote to Titus about what to emphasize with different groups within the Christian community.

Thanks - I will keep that in mind!
So many times when you reference what words are used in the original language, they are the words used in the NABRE (Catholic) translation. Titus 2:2 is an example. My NABRE uses the word “temperance” instead of patience like you spoke about in this message. This happens almost every time
What version is he reading from? Oh, NKJV, I just saw at 11:57. Never mind!
@30:23 what comes to mind on doctrine is the Doctrine of the Remnant, found in Matt 7, Luke 13, and Matt 22 and various other places in both the OT and NT and summed up in Matthew 22:14 "For many are called (invited), but few are chosen". The reason so many are ignorant of the scripture is simply because they have no interest in the word of God because they are not part of the family of God - let's not complicate things.

Almost everyone wants heaven and makes a profession of Jesus, but few submit to Him as Lord. In the end, they will not have the Savior, but a Judge who will condemn them as the Lord.
56. What if you think you're hardening in certain ways, what do you do??
Medical journals state that if you drink wine, i should b e no more than 5 ounces,
The Bible clearly and strongly teaches the concept of having a sober mind. The amount of wine might differ for different sized people, but every Believer has that responsibility to stay sober minded. Blessings!
