I loved this scene so much! Claire has had to be so strong for herself & her loved ones but she is allowed to be vulnerable too. I love how Jaime comforts her & understands her
They were both excellent...one without the other would not have worked...Jamie is her world

I cried listening to Claire tell Jamie "because I desperately wanted to be with you"...tears my heart out...brilliant performance. They are both superior actors🏆🏆

The way he listens to her carefully and conforts her, it´s the same exact reason way Claire (and all of us) love Jamie SO MUCH, he always knows what to say, wise and sensitive man.

Since September 2023, when I first watched an episode of this epic and magnificent TV series - 1st chapter, 4th season - Caitríona Balfe has become my favorite actress. So I became a fan of Outlander because of her. In this scene, once again she is brilliant! On the other hand, Sam Heughan, like Jamie Fraser, is the archetype of a brave and true gentleman. He loves Claire with great devotion! For him, Claire is everything! Greetings from Brazil!
