Original or not, they are still of antiquity and the level of craftsmanship is amazing. What a wonderful temple this is. I would be tempted to ask a local why the just leave offerings in the one building.

, I am no expert in fact I have an awful memory for historical facts. I was a terrible student. I read about all this the night before and made notes. Some people get a bit annoyed that I’m not more educated in the Temples and they send me comments but I always explain I’m just an enthusiast not an expert. Cambodia has many temples and it is literally impossible to service them all. That are in fact in tires cities that need to be taken care of and Cambodia is still recovering from its terrible past
Looting, I’m afraid still goes on, but trust me things are getting a lot better
