I got my Arona FR sport 115ps 48 hours ago and we have aleready clocked up 600 miles! Its the best car we have ever had and the Ibiza is exactly the same just lower, both are amazing and I have grown to love Seat. Cant believe a 1.0 could do 70 mph in 3rd gear :)
Just to add on from why I said, I do 20 mile drive to work each day and I can get 50-54mpg on average travelling at around 60mpg. And on 2 occasions during motorway roadworks I have managed to reach 60mpg which I think is fantastic. The fr sport 1 litre petrol 115 bhp is the one to get!
I bought one new in December.. in Portugal. Same colour, with parking sensors all round, elec windows all round and a panoramic roof. Great fun to drive, particularly when you engage sport mode. This changes the mapping (I assume, or something!) and the loud pedal is a lot more responsive. Nice grip on the Bridgestones with that little lightness you get from the back end if trail braking a bit. Love it.
Just got my ibiza sport on Tuesday. Love this car.drives smoothly and economical. Handles well on corners. Plastics aren't that bad on dash and doors.little bit of road noise from the tyres with the 18 inch wheels. Seats are very comfortable. Very pleased with the car

got my FR sport a few months back in desire red and still not bored of it. I just want to drive it everywhere! lol. definitely has become my favourite car
Great review. I am picking up my new seat Ibiza FR sport in black on Thursday😊 I have opted for additional parking sensors and panoramic sunroof, very excited having watched your review.
Great review! Just thought I'd mention that I just ordered my ibiza fr 115 and the workshop in the seat dealers are fitting rear parking sensors for me. They assured me they will be exactly the same as if they were factory fitted. So there is the option if you want it 👍
Kudos for the review, really informative and well presented! I discovered your channel because I was trying to decide which color I'm going to order for my Ibiza next week. Unfortunately your video didn't converted me to the silver so I'll probably order the Red Desire as shown in all the SEAT posters/catalogues (I've seen the color in person and I've felt in love with it). Since I'm ordering mine in October I'm only going to receive it in January but it will be a MY21 with the updated infotainment and cluster which is awesome!
Had my car since june.fantastic little car.so smooth to drive .comfortable seats.very economic to run.best so far 55mpg.much better car than the vwgolf deisel i had.
Great review, I have a FR sport arriving within the next few weeks. Just to mention you can now choose rear parking sensors as an option, I have also gone for the Beats audio upgrade as well
Thank you for your comment. Yes after the review was filmed there were changes to adding spec to the cars to really personalise your car. Which I think is great as the Ibiza is a great car.
Thank you for your comment. The MK 5 is a huge step up from the MK 4 and you can see how Seat have really upped their game against the likes of the Polo and Fiesta.
Hey bud great review, im ordering one soon , just one thing though , you can add options to any model , i was going to get the Excellence Lux, but instead gone for the FR sport as they said I can add options, so im adding parking sensors and beats audio, just thought I would mention incase people think you cannot add stuff to a particular model , great video , ,love your reviews 👊🏼
Hey! Did you went with the Beats audio? Here in Portugal I've seen some reports of Ibiza owners that had issues with it leading to their cars to develop some cabin noises.
@@AutoBears Sorry David I thought your first name was Chris (saw a previous video) I do apologise. PS In the absence of knowing I thought your reviews were done in MK - So many roundabouts.....LOL

With digital cockpit - and it is still with the more old fashioned buttons. - the rest of it is like this. With design more or less. Though it did not have navigation when it came down to it.
Great review of this car, as you said no parking camera or at the very least no parking sensors is a weird anomaly. On that note I’ve just ordered a 2nd hand Excellence Lux Manual, in my favourite deep red colour, get it on 1st October 2021. I test drove a 115hp FR Ibiza recently, and was extremely impressed with the car and the drive. I thought the FR looked a bit cheap inside, but the Excellence Lux, well that has just about all you can possibly need in a car of this size. Really looking forward to getting it. I did have some questions, The Excellence Lux has adaptive cruise control, but does it also have a speed limiter, and does the sat nav have speed cam warning. Also , does the stereo on the Lux have a sub woofer?, and lastly is there a spare tyre in the boot on UK Ibiza’s? Thanks in anticipation. Keep up the good work.
Jones SenoJ thank you for your comment. It is quite a bit of money but you can see where a lot of the money on the FR Sport has gone. It would be nice to add options to the car.
I found the 1.0 engine really weak and I didn't like the 3 cylinder vibration, I took my time and found one with the 1.5 tsi engine and it's a fantastic car
Thank you for your comment. A lot of people do have a hesitancy regarding the 1.0 engine (as it was with the old 1.2) and do prefer the smoother 1.5 4 cylinder. It's definitely a personal preference.
Just wondering, did you try the 1.0 115? I come from an old 1.9 TDI (PD 115) and the 1.0 115 really impressed me with its response. Here in Portugal, you get the same options as Auto Bears reported in the video, no 1.5 to be seen - tho Spain gets them, I really don't understand it.
Is that the 2019 edition, because mine does not have the digital display, nor the Half leather and Alcantara seats, but more bucket Style seats. And it was not an option either because i have every option
I mean, uk version Gould be a bit different, but here in Denmark, we do have a Lot og option, full electric Windows, panorama roof, and a 4 cylinder 1.5 liter 150 HP and 250nm motor, plus Wireless charging Bay, and that is a 2019 model from may

@@carlossantos-ho5tt The sound is bearable imo but is subjective. The 95hp aren't enough for this car tbh. For a city cruise it might work but if you aren't an elder driver you won't have fun with it.
The main differences with the 95 and 115 is a 5-speed manual with the 95 and 6-speed manual with the 115. In regards to comfort they are very similar. I'd recommend the 95 if you mainly do town driving. The 115 is better suited to the motorway. Hope that helps.
