The case of "The Hillside Strangler" is one of those cases that anyone interested in true crime has heard of and is aware how chilling that time was for women . The 9 year old boy that comes up on a 12yr. and a 14yr. girls dead bodies .....is that even possible to get over ? I remember when I was 6yr. and found a dead kitten hanging by a long rope hanging from a tree ; that happened more than 4 decades ago and I it still has a deep effect on me. I am at a loss for words over the victims death ( all of them ) ; no one deserves anything like that to happen to them . My thoughts still can't help but wonder just how that little 9yr. boy is doing . Did he get any psychological help ? I can't imagine he would just walk up on a scene like that looking through trash and be fine about it . If he is still alive ( that was awhile back ) I hope he is living his best life . Much appreciation to you Mike for making your videos here with a touch of humor that is needed added with respect to the victims ....that is a rare quality .
I am so very sorry that you have to remember the kitten; not that my saying this will help take away your memory......I can only say that......I have no words that that can replace that memory..
Totally Agree 💯 I seen a man get shot when I was 8, I still hear him screaming till this day. I was mentally shocking at that age, never heard I man yell in pain in like that 😲 we don't realize how things effects us at a young age.
I was a young woman living alone in Los Angeles at the time. I was truly frightened every day and especially every night when these two maniacs were loose and on their killing spree. Everyone was on edge.
I can just imagine how you felt :(. I was about a good 4 hours away and I felt frightened. Good thing your safe. Same thing with The Manson Murders and The Night Stalker.
Never heard Mike sound so pleased as when he said that if Bianchi was paroled after one hundred plus years he'd be paroled to the custody of his *other* prison sentences.
I don't know why but it always tickles me when somebody who's obviously lying talks slowly and uses more extensive vocabulary. That's one of the big telltale signs that someone's reciting something they've memorized and they're using the big words to give themselves more time to think & kind of listen to what they're saying to make sure that it matches the narrative they want to create.
@Don't Tickle Me Using "big words" (your description) isn't an indication of lying. (In fact, there is *no* universal indicator of lying.) I've been accused of fabrication when using "big words" and it's ridiculous. Just because you speak only in one-syllable, everyday language doesn't mean some of us don't have extended vocabularies, and use them, too, in everyday speech. I don't know where that silly notion started, but it's utterly ridiculous that using "big words" is some sort of Litmus test for lying.
The old lady who saw Lauren Wagner being abducted was 84 years old, in fragile health and saw it all through the bushes in front of her house. She later told police that she thought the two men acted as if they were police officers as they escorted the young woman into their black and white vehicle. Blame her if you will, it's an easy cheap shot.
Yeah absolutely will blame her. My parents used to live in a neighborhood opposite an elderly lady who was almost 90. One day she called up the police and my mom (it was common to swap phone numbers among neighbors, back then at least) to tell them that she had seen a suspicious-looking moving company enter the house of a neighbor who was directly adjacent to our house, even though the neighbor's house was empty. Turns out they were burglars running a fake moving company, and fortunately they were arrested and the stolen stuff was returned. So yeah, being old isn't an excuse to look the other way when something fishy's afoot.

Can you imagine the police finding out that one of the hillside stranglers rode along with them because of his interest in law enforcement?! Holyshit that would give me nightmares
I know! And just a few years earlier Santa Cruz police befriended Edmund Kemper and did the same thing, discussed Kemper's own crimes with him. And then in 1991 Jack Unterweger did a ride along with the LAPD through the red light district (to help with "research" for his reporting on crime that would cover his future murders) where he ended up picking up his American victims. California police probably have major trust issues with serial killers always hanging out with them!
How are a bunch of killers gonna just notice another killer?
The bayside killer was a cop and just recently caught
The golden state rapist or strangler whatever..he was recently caught. And yup he is a police officer
@@sexyskittles6822 I think you got the name right but nonetheless he was a cop how many more were serial killers ?

I just about died when he said "Angelo was no Angel-o" hahahaha
I don't know why but it always tickles me when somebody who's obviously lying talks slowly and uses more extensive vocabulary. That's one of the big telltale signs that someone's reciting something they've memorized and they're using the big words to give themselves more time to think & kind of listen to what they're saying to make sure that it matches the narrative they want to create.
@Don't Tickle Me
Using "big words" (your description) isn't an indication of lying.

Old people are capable of using phones 😐
To fair police these days drag people into their vehicles so , nothing to be surprised about
Yeah absolutely will blame her.
@@morningstar3437 what police do you deal with? The ONLY time I see police “drag” people into their cars is when they have no other choice.
