@@livinginri I do have a brief question. My husband wanted to know if there are any differences between providence and North Providence? That was the only place you didn’t pin point specifically in the video . I’ll also take your number down . Thanks 😊

Hey Devin. Very insightful overview, greatly appreciated. My girlfriend and I will be aiming to move to RI in about a years time when she finishes school, so this has been very helpful. Do you have any videos that would be good to get a feel for that more rural/Vermonty real estate market?
Having lived in the east bay area my entire life, I feel you left out a huge point. Bristol, Warren and Tiverton are very close to Fall River. Which has plenty of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. It is a great selling point for those towns.
Thanks for commenting on the channel! This was more for an overview and less in depth. We agree! Fall River is very close by and features shop great shopping such as, South Coast Market Place! We plan to do a video on this soon.
Another great and informative video. I moved to RI last year and chose wickford. It's an absolutely perfect location for me: historical coastal small town feel that is not too far from Kent County shopping.
I disagree when you mentioned Warwick not having coastal, lol. We can walk to the beach and so can 4 other Warwick neighborhoods. We have beautiful bay views, fishing, swimming, boating, and kayaking, fishing in Warwick.
Thanks for commenting on our channel. Yes some of Warwick does have a few beaches and a little bit of a coastal vibe but when people think about beaches and being on the coast, Warwick is not what people are thinking when it comes to the Ocean State.
Brown University is not in East Providence, but on the east side of Providence. The east side is a very affluent area, at least was when I was installing alarm systems in the 1990s. The city of Woonsocket is definitely not Rural. Lots of apartment houses, but also lots of close together single family houses. And, there is a Pawtucket/Central Falls MBTA station that has opened up in January 2023.
Thanks for commenting! It’s basically the East side of Providence. Most people consider it to be the East Side, it’s the most desirable location in Providence
Hey Bryan, that's a great questions, before I could answer, I would have multiple questions for you to arrive at my answer. Can you shoot me a text at 401-297-6231 and I would be happy to jump on a call and give you my opinion once I had some answers to the questions I would have. Look forward to speaking with you!
They don't call us the Ocean State for nothing! This video didn't nearly cover all the little charming coastal villages right on the water: East Greenwich, Apponaug, Wickford, and Watch Hill off the top of my head. Warwick is very coastal but has more working class vibe than upscale southern towns like Narragansett and South Kingstown. Warwick schools are terrible BTW. Warwick has a great historic village on the water called Pawtuxet village where Gaspee Days parade and festival are held every summer. There are loads of things to do and sed in RI, and its just a short trip to Boston or New York if you want to branch out.
Thanks for commenting on the channel! The video above was just a highlight of the different areas in Rhode Island. We have much more in depth videos that cover the details of each area which do highlight the all of the scenic beauty that Rhode Island offers :)
@@livinginri Thank you for your response. Yes, I'm considering it. I liked your comprehensive review of the entire area. I'm interested in the areas around Westerly and Rhode Island beaches. When I come to that area, I will contact you.

Beautiful state, but overpriced, over taxed. My parents moved into this home for 69 thousand. They passed, and now Zillow clamed it's worth over 350 thousand . Two bedrooms, one bath, 950 sq. feet.
Great feedback! We wanted our viewers to see more of where each town was located in the state. We felt our vlog tours could better emphasize each area. We still have more vlog tours to film!

You forgot to mention it's a leftist Liberal paradise, They tax you to death, and don't keep up with anything (see Washington Bridge).
If you had the opportunity to buy the same house for the same amount in Warwick or Mt. Pleasant (Providence), which would you buy and why?

What are average home prices in and around Westerly in 2024?
