    Great video! Unfortunately, my 2 year relationship ended a month ago. The person I believed was the love of my life chose to leave, and I’m still deeply in love with him. No matter what I do, I can’t stop thinking about him. Despite all my efforts to win him back, nothing has worked. I feel so frustrated and can’t imagine being with anyone else. He’s always on my mind, and I miss him more than words can express.

      Letting go of someone you love is incredibly hard. I went through a similar experience when my twelve-year relationship ended. I couldn't bear to lose him, so I did everything I could to rekindle our relationship. Eventually, I sought the help of a spiritual counselor, who guided us back together.

      This has a lot of bullshit in it, when our core wounds are exposed, no amount of "bringing your energy into yourself" will help you. Because these wounds are yourself and the wounds will continue to be there and open, and you will continue to feel the need for the other person as the cure to cover those wounds that were exposed by their abandonment or rejection.
      To trully emotionally detach you need to heal these core emotional wounds and traumas or else you will only be hiding the attachment from your view and gaining new hidden traumas to explode later in some other relationship. Look for a professional therapist that can help you work in this core wounds, usually related to your inner child!
      Wishing you the best!

    oh my god this came at such a perfect timing, i have finally detached emotionally from someone who broke up with me maybe not 100% but quite a large shift i feel its been taking months but this video helped to confirm alot of things like my fear of closing myself off to love by detaching

    This is soooo good… and empowering. I sometimes replace the shifting to “self” to shifting to the word of God. So much good insight here. 💟

    So true ! Thank you. I also do the following:
    To walk away from someone toxic or a situation doesn't mean you Hate them. It means yr striving for positive mental health. Always navigate from Saboteur to Sage/ wisdom. People talk loosly on Setting Boundries .What they don't realize is a boundry means nothing if you do not attach a Consequence
    If a child swears and you just say : Don't talk that way it's disrespectful it means nothing BUT if you explain : When you swear the consequence is I send you to yr Room for the rest of the day without TV / social media. We learn these lessons + it's part of a positive lifestyle

    • @Julesyoutoo
      @Julesyoutoo หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I don't think punishing children for being naturally naughty is healthy. We need to start with something like, "I feel really upset when you swear like that. What are you angry about?" Sending a child to their room is a form of punishment that only makes things worse. "Nonviolent Communication" by Marshall Rosenberg helped me engage with people and children healthily and respectfully. There are videos here on YT.

      It is not Joe. This is AI, the words and ideas of Joe have been put together by a computer, to simulate the man and his wisdom. If you look at the notes at the beginning, it says it is AI generated/assisted. That note was not there when I first saw this video a while ago. I tried reporting it, if it’s AI they are supposed to indicate it. They put the indication in now.

    Hobbies do NOT feed your soul. Connection to humans feed your soul. Why not teach people to have boundaries of unacceptable communication patterns & behaviors to maintain respectful connection. As well express what they want or desire from the connection early on. Speak your mind people, know who you are & what you want.

She’s been plunged into ambiguous grief, which in turn causes suicidal thoughts, the grief never ending. Cut off contact completely, from all she has ever loved and cared for. I doubt that Dr Dispenza was raised by two narcissistic parents who abused their own children in every possible way, including sexual, physical & emotional trauma. Try telling these kids that they can recover in 5 easy steps! CPTSD & its fallout of severe depression as well as suicidal ideation often can only be managed. I would never trust another human again but the spiritual connection I now have cannot be destroyed by anything that happens to me. This sounds like a bandaid approach to traumatic experiences

    Who or what put this together, there is no heart and soul in it. The very title “how to emotionally detach someone” shows that this is not about what can actually be done in relationships, what might be changed or shifted. No one can emotionally detach another person, only that person can do that detaching. You can only detach yourself emotionally. This person, or whatever (AI), put together techniques that work, for some, but there are so many flaws in this that it can be seen that it was not conceived
    by a person. You have been duped by a computer, putting together techniques that for some, will work. You are being grateful to information technology, the heart and the soul of the person portrayed as giving this information is not there.
