I played about 2 rapid games a day, the 15 minute games which I think really gives you time to really deeply calculate which I think is very crucial to improve. Chess book.com is very useful to create an opening repertoire and it gives you daily games where you can try to predict the moves of GMs which helps you improve. I did that daily. I also do lichess practice section and it gives you good key concepts and sometimes I did puzzles there too. I know you probably don’t want to spend money but the woodpeckers method is probably the book I think is the best to help for calculation. I would get the chess.com membership too to analyze your games too which is very important but optional too. You can try to analyze your games too but that is kinda hard without engine. And really try to understand the key concepts in your game that went wrong and try to learn from that.
