I haven't had a problem since i moved it. The bass remote wire doesn't stay in too well, so if it gets wiggled or pulled to the side it may cause an issue. Thats the only other thing ive found. This amp(and all amps) need a very good ground, i had a ground issue at first install (my fault).
I do. The cars internal speakers run on the factory amp. Easier than re-wiring the whole car. In this series of videos about this setup i talk all about it.

Of you continue to have issues, i would call them and talk to customer support.
Small update. I'm having factory radio amp issues that kill all sound in the car. Also my fault lol since its not mounted.
