Shadow Work Explained: WHAT IS SHADOW WORK AND HOW YOU DO IT

I wanted to share this video with you all on my perspective of how to do shadow work. In my opinion there isn't a right or wrong way the main thing is to really sit with yourself and think about the questions at hand. Think about your triggers and really dig deep as to why. Confront it and think about how you can move past it by either healing , recognizing and releasing, or forgiving. Shadow work isn't a one size fit all thing everyone will have their own way of their approach and that's totally fine. The important thing is that you do the work and really try to get to the root of anything that can be hindering your growth.
