Hi Cindy. I don't believe there is a way of sharing pictures in the comments. If you want to share your work please check out The Sewing Room Channel on Facebook. I love to see everyone's finished projects. 😀
Oh my goodness those are adorable. The yoyo's are such a cute idea.
Thank you 😀
Hi Sherrill 😊 I have the same exact material like you used for the yo-yo in this JOY project. I found it in my mamas fabric stash who, by the way, had a birthday on the 16th and turned 95 years old. And it's all I can do to keep up with her and I'm in my 50s. Early 50s that is! 😂
Wonderful 😀

Adorable! Pillows make a great Christmas gift. As usual I enjoyed your tutorial! Until next time
Thank you! 😊
hugs from pam keep the video coming
Thank you, I will 😀
Love these so much!! But I like my throw pillows to be envelope style on the back so I can change them out for each season and also incase I should need to wash it .. I’m going to try to make some like that. Do you have a video on the envelope kind? Thx so much for this lesson! 🥰
Hi Pattie. I have many slipcover videos. Cut the fabric in the back so that it overlaps about 3". Stay safe. Thanks for watching, and happy sewing.
Really like the Noel pillow, what is the size of the red and the white fabric? You stated outside fabric is 8 x 16. Where did you get the lettering?
Hi Debra. In the tutorial I mentioned that you can draw your own lettering or trace around large printed letters on to the fusible web sheets. I recommend you watch and review the tutorial again. You can make your letters any size, any shape, make them pretty, make them funky. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching, and happy sewing. 😍
I love the ideas you come up with! Thank you for this project(s). I will be adding some Christmas pillows on my 'to do' sewing list. You're a wonderful teacher!
Where are you located if you don't mind me asking?
Nevada 😀
What is best to buy for stuffing the pillow? Did I miss that in the video? I don't see it listed in the supplies(?)
Hi Christy. You will need to use polyfill stuffing.
Sharon from TRINIDAD
Happy sewing Sharon😍
How do you decide the starting circle for the yo-yo? Different sizes would start with a different size.
Hi Noreen. A 5" cut circle is going to be a 2" to 2 1/2" diameter yoyo. So the finished yoyo will be about half the diameter of the circle you cut. Hope this makes sense. Stay safe. Thanks for watching,. and happy sewing.
I am so disappointed ☹️ with Joann’s. Cheap masks from China, you place an order on line, but have to purchase 2 to get your fabric.
Me too, Marian, sometimes you just don't need 2 yards to make a project. Seems everyone is trying to profit off Covid-19. I'll stick with buying my fabric online from Missouri Star Quilt Company, they insist on at least 1 yard. The only place I've seen where u can buy less than a yard is on Etsy.
Rainy Day Diva one yard would be a lot better than 2. I’ve been buying mine from Jordan Fabrics. They have the best precuts, and help with color coordination. I’m 70 years old, so can’t go to the store because of health reasons. Everybody wants to make a dollar from this.
Marian and Rainy Day Diva try fabric.com and Connecting threads.
