We went to Taipei last July hoping to see all the great touristy places and we ended up eating our way through the city! :D Taiwanese food is mouth watering, generous and super filling!!! Love the little mom and pop shops all around Ximending and of course, 7-11!!!!

I was curious why taiwanese are so hyped about beef noodle right Tj - that was until i try it and omg seriously how soft and tender the beef is - the ratio of fat and lean meat is so great but thr broth is ridiculous tasty! I didn’t try the one you went but so will when im back!

You can get the same beef noodle dish at many places around the LA and OC area.
