Tired of shortening your water-soluble marking pencil WAY too much every time you sharpen it? There's a better way!! Quilts with darker fabrics often calls for a white marking pencil. But, the softer led in these pencils is more prone to breaking as we sharpen it, which forces us to KEEP SHARPENING until the pencil is worn down to half its original size.
I've been sharpening these the wrong way as long as I can remember - but with this quilting tip, you'll drastically extend the life of your marking pencil.

You're so welcome! I was amazed at how easy it was. I used to sharpen and sharpen and sharpen...and the lead would break over and over again. Not any more!
