- Today we discuss when is it appropriate to listen to Christmas music, oh and we also do a bit of harvest when we can. But do we finish the barley today???
Now Tom's Brook is doing Movember so we encourage all you to donate! Even if it's only $2 it's all going to a good cause! And of course there is the chance to win a hat or stubby holder.
2 hats going to the top donors
2 hats going to two random donors
4 stubbie holders going to four random donors
So you need to donate for a chance to win it!!!

Dec 10 for Christmas music. Two weeks is plenty imo
George, you philistine! NO Christmas anything before 1 December, ever!
George, No Christmas music before 1 Dec as you put up the Christmas tree then nothing until Christmas day, otherwise it drives everyone nuts!
What do you do about the sparce yeld areas we say on this video do you sample the ground for fetility or elements etc to increase yeld in these areas
Christmas is all around me - Billy Mack. (Bill Nighy's character on Love Actually)
Great drone shots JH.
First of December 😊
Great video. Just curious what the story is behind the one field bin that has Blame Canada painted on it? Thanks
Christian music which is also Christmas music is playable 365 days a year and there is no restriction on it.
Why do you harvest on an angle of how you have seeded now when you are doing CTF?😊
Another vote for Fairytale of New York - but sometime after mid Dec. Christmas music generally gets under my skin.
1st of December is when the Christmas music should should start but I’d rather it be the 9th of December after my birthday😂. Best Christmas song is fairytale of New York by the Pouges. Awesome work again with the video JH, brilliant drone work too although I worry every time you put it up that the eagle will attack it. By the way happy end of harvest, here’s hoping the wheat went well too. Come on everyone make sure you donate to Movember only 7 days left.
Have you thought about having look at river plains field bins electric operated hydraulic pumps to lift the wheels pto driven augers theres 10 60 ton silos with roofs
Never mind i just watched the next video lol😂
1st December is acceptable but I prefer 2 weeks b4 because u hear them over n over n by Xmas day I’m over hearing the same songs on the radio 😂 😂
December 24 to December 28 and that's to bloody much lol
Roger that 🥳
Hi JH would you do a break down cost from start to finish as would be interesting to see how much it would cost to plant/harvest may even be a good one for the glass cage pod cast
If you do get another 100t field bin you could use the same tractor on both of them because you could just switch tractors every time you unload.
Well George, like Ant ya come up with some crap, however at times your ears are painted on. Great video
Start of December I turn of the radio because I can’t stand the Christmas song “all I want for Christmas is you” so Bluetooth Spotify it is.
George it is never to early for Christmas music (except "Mariah C") Good to watch JH enjoy your work and your team
How far from the coast are you. I used to live and work in Hopetoun
Christmas music… late Nov.. 😊
Also fav Xmas song is silent night
1st dec for Xmas music, nov is a bit early lol
At 19:50 the field looks rather sparse. Is that normal?
That is on our clayed land. So yer normal for it to look like that. In the year before with no clay there was nothing there at all!
@@tomsbrookfarm thanks for your answer. So when planting in clayed land I would imagine it is very touch-and-go on whether or not you can get crops to grow their? Is this normal on the various farms for a portion of the land to be chocked with clay?
Yer getting a germination first year on clayed country is really touch and go.
Yer there is lots of clay around the place just dig it up and spread it oit
Great video once again JH what's the advantage or disadvantage of using one of the large mother bins like a 300t grain king or something like that Over the smaller bins ??
👍
31 of december
xmas music is fine if you have someone to share it with but if not then I feel its justs a reminder of why you live or ended up alone.

I think no Christmas music is allowed only on Christmas day and decorations not till 1st of December (I hate Christmas)
😑 Christmas 🎄
Christmas music should not start before December 1st. Sorry it gets old quickly if you listen for to long of period. Ken from Ontario, Canada
