For starters, the 44 goals were in the 2017/2018 season. That’s 6-7 years ago now. And you’re right about the stats not telling the truth. Salah should easily have 25 assists this season to go along with his 24 goals. The number of times Diaz and Nunez have messed up clear cut chances provided by Salah is insane. Nobody mentions that but Salah should very easily be leading the league in assists by a mile.

Danny’s spot on, as much as Salah has been just outstanding for Liverpool he should not be acting like that on the side line.
7 years or 70. If you ain't performing then it doesn't matter. As the saying goes, "your only as good as your last game" and Salah has not been "on it" for quite a few this season.
And who has in that front line? No one…. But what goes for Salah and Liverpool is that coaches/ defenders know there’s trouble if he’s the lineup. He’s not a big name for no reason.
@@dagogogreene9155 I appreciate what Salah has done for us the last 7 years. You never want any player at your club to fail or play poorly. But He has had a huge drop off in form and deserves a little bench time. Nunez, Diaz and Gakpo have all had their turn being taken out the side.

Most Liverpool supporters won't criticise Klopp either and I've supported Liverpool my whole life too. This season was wrecked when Klopp thought that we'd won the game at 2-1 up away to Man U in the FA cup, they've never recovered from that loss but people will blame anything rather than him.

LFC fan here. I adore Klopp but Boby Fermino wrote in his book that he was surprised and heart broken by how Klopp was cold to him and ghosted him in his las season in Liverpool and was surprised of how little played him even when he was ready.
