It's disappointing sure, but it's not the end of the world, and I trust things will be worth the wait. I could be wrong about that sure, but we'll just have to see.
This is likely a symptom of expanding the dev team. When you bring on new hires it takes months sometimes to get them up to speed with company policy, architecture, and standards and devs who would be doing development have their time taken up training the new hires instead. It also sometimes doesn't work out and some hires have to be let go and the hiring process restarted. They would have been better off sticking to their old team, and only hiring new members when POE2 is fully released.
Delaying a early access launch for such a non problem is just odd, i belive that there is more to the delay then they want to admit. The 'getting all the skins and pets' should have been a full release thing, not a early access problem.

The new league should have launched in Dec, even if it meant delaying POE2 even further, whilst I’m excited for POE2 it’s literally not out yet, POE1 is, and it shouldn’t detract from POE1, not yet. If it’s already impacting POE1 and it’s not even out yet that doesn’t bode will for POE1 when it is actually out.
i can wait! because i know it will be worth the wait. and i can understand GGG would want it to be as close to finished before showing it to the world, they only get one first impression!
I am pretty happy with the situation. This league has been a blast for me, and I don't want this to end so soon. In six years of my on and off poe play, this is the first league where I killed Sirus (basically farming him now), Shaper, Elder, Maven, Uber Atziri (didn't even know it was the uber version when I killed it!). Also, dropped TWO magebloods while mapping!! Also, shipment let me see how the mirror of kalandra shard looks like in MY account. Just awesome. After a failed league start with a warden LS build, restarted with Zoomancer, and after earning some currency, moved to Storm Burst totem Hiero, and I am having a blast. Next two months, I want to get started with Sanctum, after I try killing Elder (in shaper realm).
I actualy appreciate the longer time within a league being as slow as I am playing the game/still learning. I'm just a game enjoyer and I like not feeling the pressure of a new league looming over me whilst I'm scrambling to obtain league specific stuff or experiment while I still have a decent stash and so on.
It won't be "finished" at all even with further delays that are prob coming still. The early access will be a mere fraction of the finished game and no matter what...we know there will be huge issues.
While disappointed of the 3.26 delay, i suspect it is more related to the backend database issues that caused PoE2 delay. The more changes they make to PoE1's database, the bigger the delay for PoE2.
I didn’t care too much about POE 2 to begin with (not a soul like fan), and all these recent business decisions have made me pretty upset about how POE 1 is being directly impacted. Even when 2 hasn’t come out yet!
Consider that the number of people that suscribed to the chance of being in POE2 beta was much higher than the number of POE1 players, that do nto seems like a reasonable business decision.
As someone who isn't a souls like fan and enjoy basic ARPG(BEFORE END GAME 1 BUTTON SPAM) I don't see how PoE2 looks like a souls game. Just because you have to dodge and be thoughtful doesn't mean it's a souls game. Plenty of action games require you to dodge lol. Souls does not have a monopoly on dodging mechanics and high difficulty.
Where do you get the idea that you are gettting Moon Dancers? The thingies that we applied to monsters are not mentioned in the post. There'll just be positive mods. Those things dropped from negative dudes.
What pisses me off the most is the fact, that most people do preperations, plan vacations and it is hard to change everything a few weeks before the anouncement of the delay(s). I had one week for Poe2 and the week before X-Mas planned, now the evernt starts one week earlier, Poe2 starts one week earlier and 3.26, lets say I don't think i will take some extra free days in Jan/Feb, so everything is kinda messed up. This will definetly affect the amount of $$$ i will put into the games. I really hope Poe2 will be great, if not.....
yep, i wouldn't care if they say "guys, we fucked up, we going to need 6 more months to poe 2 early acess, we need to work on stuff" that's fine take your time, but delaying an active game that people already play and enjoy to focus in a game barely no one know yet, and never played yet, is a dumb move
Grim Dawn Community League season 7 launched a few weeks ago, if you haven't checked it out before it has as much content added to it than any of the official expansions. Just in case you need something else to play while you wait.
I was never expecting 3.26 until January anyway. POE 2 i want it to be right, and we dont know how the code works. It could be that they can't launch the game without also launcing the mtx, ao it has to be ready. Also, holy shit, i had already forgotten last epoch was even a thing
I'm fine if patches take longer then 3 months if it is instead 4 months in length, its understandable development time can take longer then expected, they just need to have an interesting event to fill time near the back half of the league that can draw interest for players to play. The only other alternative I could see would be if they do 3 month leagues but then haivng every other league being a 'remix' league without new mechanics but bringing back old stuff in a fresher way. I just don't think it would resonate as much would be the biggest problem.
Well, i used to play unreal tournament 1999. Then ut2004 came out … community was hyped back then, everyone stepped over to ut2004 but after a couple of months/years some hardcore ut players such as myself ended up dissatisfied with the new game as opposed to the old one. ( due to movement, map and weapon changes ) . However when we tried going back, the amount of public servers running the old game were non existent , everything was gone except for instagib and facing worlds servers. I dont think this is gonna happen with PoE, the devs seems aware of this possibility and are gonna keep supporting the current game. But i definately do understand the concerns of some hc poe gamers.
The moondancers might be fun to try, but I would have been more hyped if they added a few cool uniques or buffed a couple skills. I will probably just keep sending ships in the non event ssf settlers league until I get a mirror and then look for something else to play over the winter. I am not excited for poe2, because if I wanted a slower game with more buttons and longer fights, I probably wouldn't have liked poe 1.
I totally understand that POE 2 is very important for them. But the best they could have done ist postponing POE 2 to January/February to have actually enough time to fix everything, while also releasing a POE 1 expansion this year. That would have come to a better understanding in the community. The main part why people are pretty unhappy about that is the 3 month cycles that didnt happen for quiet some time plus the fact that they told us POE 2 will not affect POE 1 Timelines. The "extra league" is sadly nothing amazing. Would have loved something crazy that even could be voided once done.
I'm more worried POE 1 will get slowly phased out than POE 2 coming out later, personally doesn't tickle my fancy with how slow it seems, still, I have too many games to keep me busy so I am fine with a few delays.
For the nature of the event itself, I'm glad its all upside, but I don't know how much upside it really is. Shipments already made a lot of the bubblegum currencies easier to come by, so adding this on top may not be that much of an improvement. I am also a little hesitant about the "lantern modifiers are the same each hour" thing. Seems like it could lead to some weird meta strategies, like having a set of ~20 maps rolled special for "break-in-case-of-Divine-Orb-Lantern-Mod". The idea with it being the same for all players is I am sure to make it feel less like only the uber-farmers see a given mod, but it being the same for an entire hour gives a lot more room for those uber farmers to get a lot more Divs, which could do some weird things to the economy. Also going to feel like trash when you hear that the most lucrative mod (whatever it may be) happened while you were stuck at your day job and couldn't play. Its a limited time event though, so like, whatever. I think I am going to go for Hardcore in the event. I've previously only done HC for Gauntlets (where I fail spectacularly), so I think I am up for giving it a spin to hopefully knock out the various achievements for HC that I have not touched. I'll probably do shield charge/throw Glad to start.
honestly the way its set up turns me off the event, i dont want to have to be chronically online so I dont miss a divine lantern. the economy in this event is going to be so completely screwed.
Isn't the only thing thats not working right now the MTX transfers from PoE1? If we don't even get all of the acts I don't see why they don't just disable MTX transfers until actual launch, that way they have ample time to get a build working while people test the rest of the early access content.
They already promised the MTXs would carry over. So there would be outrage and review-bombs if it released (even in alpha) without them. I'd prefer they wait and get it right.
@@davidschwab7556 they wouldnt get review bombed over MTX lol. Its really simple, launch early access, then announce MTX coming in full release along with the rest of the acts. Now if those wernt in the full launch, yes.
Im fine with it. Its not like the leagues cost an expansion price. Id rather them take some time to get it right and I just take time to play some other games.
I think its a good middle ground. Delays are dissapointing but if it results in much higher quality and no exploits ill be fine with it. I hate void leagues so non void and I think lantern of arimor should be core so if I wasnt so addicted to osrs right now and didnt have to set up my settlers town again I would definitely play the event.
Completely understandable from a financial perspective to give PoE2 launch some breathing room. We need to purchase our fashion after all without access to a new PoE1 league :D
Honestly, I'd rather they move 3.26 forward to November 15th instead so the original timeline can still flow. It might require some crunch depending on how much work is left on 3.26, but in this scenario its greatly preferred to being left in the lurch. I would be a lot more receptive to this idea however if they did factually state we were getting allflames (sorry ghazzy I didn't see that being said, only the mods themselves), AND if it came with balance passes to skill gems, maybe even new gems that are ready to go. Same league with a twist but no new gems / updated gems is just one of those things that sounds good on paper but lacks some of the meat that would make it more enjoyable. Also the fixing of the damn recipe on runes so we can get power runes via 5:1 like all the rest.
I'm looking at the chart history, last 3 month aka around 12 weeks+ league was Expedition, about 3 years ago, stay that way until kalandra league where it jump to the current 4 months league as standard. Sadge
I am not that sure I want to play this event, outside of for getting to level 50 for the box. I love Settlers but I do not like the idea to rebuild Kingsmarch again from zero, especially for only a few weeks until POE 2. I would have preferred an event like the return of the gauntlet or something like I saw over discord like endless delve, etc.
You cant compare this to the D4 release, it isnt a full release. It can be in a bugged state or not, hence it being a beta. It was surprising how well the delay for POE 2 was. No one realised that this beta launch was going to effect POE 1 this much. A seven month league is really bad. An event where its the exact same league we just played with an MYX, nah ill pass. All of us are already finished with Settlers. Why would we want to do it again? Also, we still dont know who will have access to POE 2 and how much money we had to spend in the shop.
Wouldn't be that bad if event was decent... Atleast Zizarans current Gauntlet changes as 3 month league.... but event is so meh that it's pain (drop more currency and have no challenge to it), still will play because of reset for first week =)
At this point i can almost take as guaranteed, unless PoE 2 became a really big flop (which i really dont believe being the case), PoE 1 new releases will be ceased in around 2-3 years at max
Well if they didnot delay POE1 woudl show as lies on the reason for delay of POE2, since they claimed the problem is exactly on the database integration.
i started playing PoE 1 year ago and always been impressed of the cadence of the leagues looking it back. is kinda crazy to me how mad people get for this delay after so many year of quality content over and over. you all have no idea how blessed you are to have devs like this, and yet you guys treat them like they are the worse when this happens
Like you said, you've only played it for a year. A lot of us have history with these devs and have experienced the short coming, the great leagues but also unkept promises. When POE 2 was announced, it wasnt a stand alone game. It was an improvement to the original game with a bunch of QOL changes that the community was excited about. So that decision along with the direction that POE 2 took didn't satisfy everyone's expectations. I think the majority of the players will give a look at POE 2 and hope its good. I still think there a portion of the community that still is love with the base game, and see where the direction has gone since POE 2 started developing. We went from 4 leagues per year to hopefully 3, now we only have 2. Your perspective is very limited compared to a lot of us that have 5-10 years of playing this game.
you are making it sound that its out of charity or good will. poe was a dying game untill Kripparian told chris to stagger 3 months leagues and do small-big
I totally understand that people want a finished game to be released. Nobody wants a D4 release where most think it’s unfinished. Say what you will but playing D4 was probably some of the most fun times I’ve had with friends. Finished or unfinished it didn’t matter. We had guys staying up all night playing. Now if they delayed it for 6 months or whatever to make the game more finished, I probably wouldn’t have had such a great time. What I’m saying is the opportunity might not be there anymore for friends to gather up and play. It was perfect timing for all of us. Delaying might cause some ppl to not be able to play. It might also enable some to be able to play. The point is the missed opportunity that might have been. Back to Poe2 delay. No matter what they do, issues will be there for the Early Access. Issues will be there for the real release. If they need more time to cook, sure just cook. But this issue is affecting more people that are playing Poe1 also just like Ghastly mentioned in the video. We all have mixed feelings at this point.
they stayed all night playing D4 because it was the honeymoon phase, wake the fuck up: that game was never a good game and even after 6 seasons, it still is barely playable, even less replayable (...and still 6 fucking stash tabs!!!!).
So if im not mistaken, they delayed the upcoming to expansion to Q1 2025 and for those who did not get access to PoE2, what are they gonna do? Play settlers for 6 months straight? thats not cool
@@jos3309 as per stated in my previous comment, i said 'if i'm not mistaken'. Since last i heard about the poe2 access, u needed to purchase at least a low tier supporter pack to have access. butm if it is open access, then my bad.
@@KoisoKoisado You are right that you need to buy a supporter pack for early access, from your comment I thought you meant something about an invite or something but if you can afford it you can play on December 6th.
I call it a good news. Unfortunately I don't think it will prevent server building from imploding when the time comes. Just enjoy other stuff in the meanwhile, IDK play some Noita or revisit that ever growing pile of shame on Steam 😅
Should try Project Diablo 2, at least a play through with DM or something. It’s a mod for D2 LoD and you’ll be happy with how good the minion builds are.
I can understand that they make poe 2 priority but if they have problems they should delay poe 2 to 2025 and release poe 3.26 this december so that their core audiance will have game that everyone likes and not game that we don`t know how much content will have and in what state it will release. They are making now huge gambit if poe 2 beta will be lack cluster (not enough content) it will deter people from playing poe 3.26.
yeah, makes no sense right, everyone already love poe 1, why do you delay a product that make you a ton of money, in order to rush a product that you don't even know if your audience going to like, that's like putting all your money into an investment and have no money to eat
lol, I knew it would happen. Doesn't really matter. Poe2 won't be properly out until 2026, at least. Whatever early access bs they plan to release shortly, I won't be participating in beta testing of it.
I'm extremely disappointed about the 3.26 delay. They have lied to us regaring POE2 not hampering POE1 development. They are playing a dangerous game here. I'm afraid they will simply phase out POE1 all together. 6-7 month leagues ARE NOT A THING, GGG.
I don't wanna make you (or other content creators) feel bad, but I think you need all bit of a reality check. GGG do not make decisions based on content creators, they make decisions based on their best bets in terms of the success of their games and most importantly, their company. They have never failed the players when you zoom out beyond the context of individual failures, and my guess is they won't fail us in the future. However, you, and other content creators simply don't matter. You have decided to base your income and sustainability on a GAME and company that is going through massive experimentation and R&D as they try and build a new game.
It can be a bummer, but they've been a good company for a long time. We live in a swamp of corpo garbage these days, so this delay is just a "do what you gotta do" to me.
It's fascinating and scary, reading the comments, how many people (excluding content creators who are actually affected by this) have their life hinged on releases for some game. Come on, 1-2 month delay who cares? Let's do something else that's fun while we wait.
if i had a nickle for every time an ARPG got delayed recently i would have 2 nickles which isnt alot but its weird that it happened twice either way it is what it is xD
@@Mike-jm4gg To me that is not a good excuse for the poor choice. Rounds of Descent, Royale, Race League, crazy Void league, etc. There are options. It just feels unsatisfying.
GGG: "PoE2 will be a separate game and have separate developers!" GGG: "PoE2 is being delayed and we've stopped development on PoE1 to work on PoE2" GGG: "Here, have a recycled re-run of the current league... and we'll slap a garbage half-baked mechanic on it so you can't call it exactly the same!"
No new league because of Covid. :P I am actually not going to play the league repeat, I had fun with it, I will just play something else, plenty of games on steam I bought that I haven't got to play yet. I think the delay is kind of bullshit tbh and feels like they aren't being honest with us. Microtransaction conversion isn't ready? Turn off the microtransactions until you fix the issues then just patch it in when it is ready. It is a beta, it doesn't have to be release level perfect. It just feels over the years they have been less and less honest with us about why they can't do things, or keep to schedules. People organised holidays around being free to play PoE2, you are going to screw all those players because microtransaction conversion isn't working for the beta? This to me is much worse of an excuse than there being a critical problem which would prevent people being able to play the game properly.
I've been waiting for so long that one month more or one month less will be the same... I've always supported GGG and I'm not going to give up now. I hope everything goes well and we have 2 wonderful games and 2 leagues full of fun for everyone.
They only get one chance to release their new game. It's super unfortunate that they they delayed the next league, but we're getting a just for fun league in between (I get it, it still sucks and everyone would've preferred new mechanics). That said, I don't think this indicates that they're going to consistently steal from PoE1 for the sake of PoE2. That may or may not happen, hopefully they stay true to their word and it doesn't, but the launch of a game is HUGE and this is the second delay, it makes total sense that getting it released is an all-hands-on-deck type situation. I think the negativity is completely overblown to be honest.
I can understand as a streamer it being frustrating for 4 month leagues, but I don't know what you expect them to do. If you want poe 2 to be good you need resources. If you want 3 month leagues you won't get new good content...

The new league should have launched in Dec, even if it meant delaying POE2 even further, whilst I’m excited for POE2 it’s literally not out yet, POE1 is, and it shouldn’t detract from POE1, not yet. If it’s already impacting POE1 and it’s not even out yet that doesn’t bode will for POE1 when it is actually out.
lol
i can wait! because i know it will be worth the wait. and i can understand GGG would want it to be as close to finished before showing it to the world, they only get one first impression!
I don't really mind the delay at all as someone who started the league late. Let them take their time and get it right
I actualy appreciate the longer time within a league being as slow as I am playing the game/still learning.
I'm just a game enjoyer and I like not feeling the pressure of a new league looming over me whilst I'm scrambling to obtain league specific stuff or experiment while I still have a decent stash and so on.
I really dont mind the delay, since its for development, and i love "finished" games.
It won't be "finished" at all even with further delays that are prob coming still. The early access will be a mere fraction of the finished game and no matter what...we know there will be huge issues.
@Scheckler27 i meant finished as in from their perspective, all things they prepered for early access
@@Scheckler27exactly this!
Even when 2 hasn’t come out yet!
lol
PoE2 will not be a soulslike.
I do nto get where people think it is souls like. The only things souls like on it is that combat require your interaction (i.e not 1 button spam)
But they need some different mops, and those like moon dancers are already implemented.
They should add ALL past leagues. Just break the game. Dark shrines, talismans, synrhesis, tota, etc. Would be epic!
Tbh there were some cool builds I didn't get to do for 3.25. So I will possibly get to try them. Builds like melee, Penance brand, archmage
Yep, I'm not starting a new year screwing myself on vacation for a game.
They can delay PoE2 for several years and I won't really mind it.
But don't already abandon PoE1.
yep, i wouldn't care if they say "guys, we fucked up, we going to need 6 more months to poe 2 early acess, we need to work on stuff" that's fine take your time, but delaying an active game that people already play and enjoy to focus in a game barely no one know yet, and never played yet, is a dumb move
It's not exactly clear whether the Allflames are returning or not but I'm inclined to think that they are not.
Very good point.
Grim Dawn Community League season 7 launched a few weeks ago, if you haven't checked it out before it has as much content added to it than any of the official expansions.
Just in case you need something else to play while you wait.
Grim dawn sucks. Last epoch is winning rn
I was never expecting 3.26 until January anyway. POE 2 i want it to be right, and we dont know how the code works. It could be that they can't launch the game without also launcing the mtx, ao it has to be ready.
Also, holy shit, i had already forgotten last epoch was even a thing
january is fine, but late febuary, maybe even march is kinda fucked up, i was expecting an annoucement by december and the league early january
Hey Ghazzy, will you update your spectre build guide for the event ? :P
Yes
@@GhazzyTV Thanks !!
Would have loved something crazy that even could be voided once done.
idc about poe1 i want play PoE2
I'm more worried POE 1 will get slowly phased out than POE 2 coming out later, personally doesn't tickle my fancy with how slow it seems, still, I have too many games to keep me busy so I am fine with a few delays.
hopefully poe2 is better game and is main focus in future
That was just an example, it seems its a database thing
@@davidschwab7556 they wouldnt get review bombed over MTX lol. Its really simple, launch early access, then announce MTX coming in full release along with the rest of the acts. Now if those wernt in the full launch, yes.
Im fine with it. Its not like the leagues cost an expansion price. Id rather them take some time to get it right and I just take time to play some other games.
Weren't Moondancers tied to allflames? They said we will get the lantern, but no other Necropolis mechanics. They did not mention allflame drops.
Possible yes. We'll see!
@GhazzyTV I hope we do get them. I miss 4fps gaming 😂
there will be no Allflame unless they change their mind, they state only the mods
Personally would like 4 month leagues when we get poe 2 so it was 2 months each if you jump between them.
I'll rather have more quality than quantity. I play trade until I get bored, then I play ssf until league ends or I get excited of something else.
As long as there isn't another delay, I'm kind of in a "It is what it is" mode
I normally take vacation for this, but I'm not starting the year losing vacation right off the bat.
I mean we knew this season was gonna be along one until POE 2 is off the ground soooo fuck it let's gooooo🎉🎉🎉
I wouldn't call it bad news. I am really excited for them. So, if it needs a bit more time to cook then sure.
I find Poe 1 boring now so it doesn't effect me at all
Well if they didnot delay POE1 woudl show as lies on the reason for delay of POE2, since they claimed the problem is exactly on the database integration.
i started playing PoE 1 year ago and always been impressed of the cadence of the leagues looking it back. is kinda crazy to me how mad people get for this delay after so many year of quality content over and over. you all have no idea how blessed you are to have devs like this, and yet you guys treat them like they are the worse when this happens
We all have mixed feelings at this point.
they stayed all night playing D4 because it was the honeymoon phase, wake the fuck up: that game was never a good game and even after 6 seasons, it still is barely playable, even less replayable (...and still 6 fucking stash tabs!!!!).
and yup, you're right the leagues were mostly 4 month, with occasional 5 month. So 3 leagues/year, now 2... feelsbadman
My return to Wraeclast will have to wait.
So if im not mistaken, they delayed the upcoming to expansion to Q1 2025 and for those who did not get access to PoE2, what are they gonna do? Play settlers for 6 months straight? thats not cool
What do you mean with did not get access? Everybody can play early acces on December 6th
Is there anyway to give my child (Xbox) some of my stuff from pc? Like items and or tabs?
No.
Ah better then nothing, im happy enough to play a fresh go of settlers!
Should try Project Diablo 2, at least a play through with DM or something. It’s a mod for D2 LoD and you’ll be happy with how good the minion builds are.
Just tried it on stream today, was dope!
Quik tip drink some tea with honey while doing talking a lot with a soar throat. Thanks for the vid!
hey guys, RaspyTV here!
lol, I knew it would happen.
Doesn't really matter. Poe2 won't be properly out until 2026, at least.
Whatever early access bs they plan to release shortly, I won't be participating in beta testing of it.
They should of just combined
I knew this would happen with delays and separate teams
Being the same for all players, isn't that exploitable? If someone finds a place with divine drops, everyone cand farm that for 1 hour ...
I'm extremely disappointed about the 3.26 delay. They have lied to us regaring POE2 not hampering POE1 development. They are playing a dangerous game here.
I'm afraid they will simply phase out POE1 all together.
6-7 month leagues ARE NOT A THING, GGG.
There getting poe2 on there feet ur overeacting once they get it launched leagues would go back to normal yall gotta be patience
Such a massive dissapointment for me, they shouldve just said it would affect PoE 1 instead of sugarcoating it.
they said Poe 2 is its own thing and POE 1 is annother team and now we wait for the two games -_-
I don't wanna make you (or other content creators) feel bad, but I think you need all bit of a reality check.
Pass. I’ll play when PoE 2 comes out.
It's fascinating and scary, reading the comments, how many people (excluding content creators who are actually affected by this) have their life hinged on releases for some game. Come on, 1-2 month delay who cares? Let's do something else that's fun while we wait.
if i had a nickle for every time an ARPG got delayed recently i would have 2 nickles which isnt alot but its weird that it happened twice
either way it is what it is xD
It is good that they created an event, but i do not like their choice. Would be more fun with a void league with crazy mods.
It was obviously a last minute decision and needed to add something as simple as possible.
@@Mike-jm4gg To me that is not a good excuse for the poor choice. Rounds of Descent, Royale, Race League, crazy Void league, etc. There are options. It just feels unsatisfying.
GGG: "PoE2 will be a separate game and have separate developers!"
GGG: "PoE2 is being delayed and we've stopped development on PoE1 to work on PoE2"
GGG: "Here, have a recycled re-run of the current league... and we'll slap a garbage half-baked mechanic on it so you can't call it exactly the same!"
6 months leagues, lets goo
No new league because of Covid. :P
I am actually not going to play the league repeat, I had fun with it, I will just play something else, plenty of games on steam I bought that I haven't got to play yet.
I think the negativity is completely overblown to be honest.
you just had to ruin it at 9:25 when you started talking about spectres :D
I can understand as a streamer it being frustrating for 4 month leagues, but I don't know what you expect them to do. If you want poe 2 to be good you need resources. If you want 3 month leagues you won't get new good content...
6 months league , are we blizzard now?
It will probably go back to normal and when poe2 is on its feet
@@iq6511 probably and maybe. I think this is showing a possibility that both games r going affect each other. They want them spaced out, so if one has a delay, so with the other. I see a world where u might see fewer and fewer leagues per year because of this dynamic. POE 2 better be the best game or GGG is going to take a big hit from their community.
@ to be fair my friend there is also a possibility we dont wake up tomorrow i think probability is better to measure stuff by is it possible sure is it probable no
@@iq6511 same could be said about what you said. Is it possible yes, is it probable, no. See how productive that is and how it works? Opinions r opinions, is it possible yes, is it probable yes

If u genuinely think its more probable that poe1 will be neglected then i can counter with the evidence on there history. Its ok to be wrong about things being probable because its not subjective it using information given
No balance changes = boring. Cant do the same exact league with same exact skills.
He issued an apology, explained the problems, seemed genuine. Im good with that. I can wait ingame.
Even if they only did two expansions a year, it would still be the most maintained game in history. Frustrating isn't really a word I'd personally use.
If you all are excited for fake new league, just noted that THERE IS NO END DATE in that post. Just let it sink. Like legit this will be another 3 or 4 month of fake league, cause face it Poe 2 launch will once again f*ck up Poe 1 launch when it gets planned in February.
So we've gone from 4 new leagues per year to 2, and they actually just patted themselves on the back??????????? And Necropolis was one of the worst ever in many peoples opinion.
Well, I don't know if I'm coming back to PoE. Might just be time to play something else or stop playing all together.
Not everyone is excited for poe2, but I bet every poe player will still at least try it
Bro i could care less about poe 2...poe1 has and always will be my game...slow and methodical is not for me
just play some project diablo2 for a while.
get well b4 poe early access xD
Easily disappointed. Feels like POE 1 is on the back burner and they are over-promising for POE 2. Not a great look...
I don't trust ggg, beacuse poe is not growing anymore that means ggg is not continue the story.
Sooooo to summarize , besides not getting 3.26 in 2024 , we are also not getting December Christmas events that awarded us 2 to 3 mtx boxes ? We are down from 4 leagues per year to 2 , just to get a peak of POE2 Demo release ??? HOW BORING AND SMALL HAS GGG BECOME ?!?!
how is it bad news? it's literally good news...
Path of Delaying....
as a mid gamer, i am just happy stuff is still coming out at a good rate and we will still have both.
This is not ok this is crap! They should have just released 3.26 this year and Poe2 early next year would have been much better than this crap
