I am wondering what all he put into the dry dough mixture besides the flour, sugar, and yeast? Anyone know? I sure wish there were a Korean bakery nearby where I live. Every time I see a video on YT demonstrating Korean baked goods…I want one!

Слоёное тесто для выпечки в американских учебниках бывает из обычной муки (bread flour), и обычная мука + мука для тортов (cake flour) с пониженным содержанием клейковины. У нас такой нет, поэтому в принципе, как в тесте для бисквита, можно заменить меньшим количеством крахмала.

All bakers/cooks should keep an Aloe Vera plant in the kitchen with them. If they get a kitchen burn, they should immediately cut a piece of the “leaf” of the plant, slice the leaf open, and rub the burn with the viscous interior of the plant. It is amazing! I’ve done it many times. Not only does it stop the pain, but within a day or so you can’t even tell there was a burn. Of course, I’m not talking about 2nd or 3rd degree burns; those require a trip to the ER!
