I used to have it in my boarding school. It was out midnight meal while gossiping. We would open the whole packet flat. Spread the raw noodles put chilli flakes or chilli oil on them and make a spoon of blue lays and then have that whole bite. This brings back so many memories. ❤️
We loved it at our boarding school too! Same recipe without the oil though. Maggie is the national favourite but inside most boarding schools wai wai rules!

Reminds me of my early work days in Bhutan. Wai Wai is a more common instant noodle there than Maggi. Me and my Bhutanese friends used to eat it like the way you showed in your video, with lots of onions, tomatoes and other garnishing. Sometimes we used to cook them as well, but mostly we ate it raw.
When I moved to Kathmandu during my school days, my classmates used to munch on this as a midclass snacks which seems weird initially soon it became my snack as well 😂
As a neighbour of country nepal wai wai is part of my life we used to eat it raw as a mid-class meal but now it's not Available easily so we switch to Maggie as raw Maggie also taste good.
Wai wai is pretty tasty. I can betray my maggi for this. Eating this raw with my boarder friends in school is one of my favourite memory from high school. We would crush it up then mix the seasoning and oil and eat it raw.

I tried maggi and didn't like it at all. Here in Nepal, our noodles are way more flavorful and tasty even without the seasonings.
