I take l-theanine, ashwaganda, and magnesium glycinate. They have worked wonders in my life. And when I don’t take them, I don’t see any withdrawal side effects .

@@ceterisparibus8966 I found out about this combination by doing a little research. I use to take a lot of medications that were really tough on my body and I didn’t like their side effects.. So after doing some research on herbal medicines for depression and anxiety, I found ashwaganda, l-theanine, and magnesium glycinate. After two weeks of taking them, I noticed a big difference in my sleep pattern, depression, and anxiety. My neighborhood Walgreens and Whole Foods carry them all.
Same here. I prefer taking those over a prescription from the doctor.
I take Ashwaghanda & magnesium, I have anxiety & panic attacks, I will try the l-theanine also, my panic attacks are bad when driving or riding in the car, the meds the Dr prescribed don't help, which do you think is better capsules or gummies

L-theanine helps me if I feel very stressed and need to get through a day of work.
I notice it helps me focus and my brain feels clear.
Not a heavy hitter ? This was actually the best medication that was all natural I've tried . I think there should be more learning about natural supplements in the teaching industry . It's the only thing that has worked for my panic attacks/ anxiety. I've tried multiple different medications pharma etc. Everyone should try this that has anxiety issues . I take 600 at the beginning of day. If it's bad I might take 100mg more later in the day. Takes about 1 week to take effect fully. It saved my life .
Can you please share what brand you use. Looking to try this out !

@vegangod777 I typed a reply, but I think it was too long. Basically, try l theanine, not some alex jones thing. Don't get me wrong. I love alex and banned dot video . I support it with money or buy other things, not supplements . Anyways, research the other benefits. I tried listing them, but I think the paragraph was too long. Anyways, please research it,try it, and let me know how it worked . Here's a tip . If you experience anxiety, panic, or high blood pressure. Bust the pill swallow or swish and swallow. It will work almost immediately or 5 10 minutes . I hoped this helped. Please keep updated on how it went .

@@InstrumentalArcanum the Alex jones brain force pills I got has L theanine in it. And I’ll keep you updated if I don’t forget to. How long does it take for L theanine to start working? I started taking it yesterday and every 2 days I’m going to be taking 50mg

Yes, I started taking L theanine and for 1 month I feel so calm. even though I still feel emotions, it is not as intense, when I stopped, I was back to my ugly self.
when i first took l-theanine, i swear. for the first time in my life i experienced what "normal" outside my anxiety ridden body, felt like.
Definitely helped me to calm down.. not take everything away as I have severe anxiety with dp/dr disorder. You're supposed to take it with some caffeine to boost the focus and relaxing effect. I never did that, because I didn't need to focus anymore 😂. Also, I don't think you can take it with antidepressants.. so make sure you look into it. Thanks -Dr. T ❤️❤️!

I take 1/2 tsp (about 1.3g of powder) when I wake up in the middle of the night (every night), then fall back into a restful sleep. Best sleep I've had in years.
I have been using L-Theanine for withdrawal related anxiety and I can honestly say it's the single most effective supplement that I've tried. I take it twice a day. It also seems to help me to stay asleep. I don't find it particularly "relaxing" but it is the single most important supplement in my recovery toolkit. That and magnesium.

perhaps you have low bp, its for the opposite group like neurotic, impulsive types
I wouldn’t say 400mg of L Theanine is the same as 10mg of lexapro, but it’s getting me pretty close.
