Get an abrasive cut off wheel, re cut the AL strip around the nose, put some nice chamfers in, not the notches and bends. Yeah won't be one piece, but will be much cleaner looking.
You will really like that rubber floor covering, I have it in my garage and love it, great for any kind of spill. The more I watch, I think that trailer would great for our quad and with the E track we could hang bicycles on wall and put tool chest in the nose cone....very very cool!!
Hey JD I bought my 7x16 cargo trailer back in 2008. And I added tons of e-track to it much like you have done. One thing I did was I ran track all the way at the top down both sides of the trailer. What I use this track for is storage of my track accessories. I just clip them in and it keeps everything organized as well as handy. Also I have about a dozen of e-trailer item number DU64GR. I cut 2x4’s to fit in them across my trailer. I store the 2x4’s in them in the e-track at the top of the trailer than just drop them down when I need to use them. I use the 2x4’s like semi’s and box trucks use load bars. Also sometimes I just drop them and put a piece of plywood across for a work bench or desk.
Get yourself a cutoff wheel. It's so much easier to use a cutoff when cutting soft metals like aluminum. Sometimes the sawzall can grab your material with the teeth and bend it. Just a thought.
The front shelf you speak of, I would look at installing 2 of those folding shelves you showed on a previous video. You could cut the inside edge's at an angle where they meet up. That way you can fold them out of the way if you need the extra space. Just a thought.
Get a piano hinge and cut to length to fit in the back door/ramp. Cut a piece of 1/2 to 3/4 inch think pressure treated plywood, the length, and width, of the "gap" at the back door. Attach the plywood to the hinge, then attach it to the back frame of the door. Then, when the main door is open, flip the plywood back and down into the 'gap' so you don't have a major dip or open area to roll wheels over. When finished loading, flip the 'flap' back into the trailer. This would be beneficial when you're transporting things other than bike's, with smaller wheels.
In your last issue with the auto level you can hit retract all without having to hook up or put jack stands down. And since you dropped the front down with the pins it is even easier to watch. We have done it plenty of times because of the 377rlbh design we never have to drop the jacks with the pins since most times it will go have to go down that far
Great ideas to spiff up the trailer. You've inspired me to do the same with mine! Thanks!
That's a great little project, now I also want a small utility trailer to play with! 😄
Love the trailer! Super useful and we'll set up.

Great idea for bike family. I'll be doing a trailer outfitted for a couple motorcycles as soon as the manufacturer gets caught up.
Nice little trailer, and a nice job you did fitting it out. Looking forward to seeing it completed.

Looks great, are you going to address Lighting and some ventilation? You certainly are the Man with a Plan / Task Master. 😊👍👍👍
Nice job. Well thought out.
Doubled the value of that trailer for a great price and a lot of sweat down there in TX!!!
Nice finishing touch!
Turned out super nice JD 👍
Cool addition.
Clean. Nice job!!
Hey JD, I think you need a couple more trailers for your stable!
Look's good use of space
Are you getting an etrack spare tire carrier or a different one? Loaded up my dad's trailer with etrack in aa similar fashion. Works great!
Nice. What kind of drill bit do you use to go through metal? I was made to take home ec not shop in the 60s. Is that a reciprocating saw?
Missed the e track install vid. will you show that with the next ones?

Yep, that was an option. I did what the LCI Tech suggested.
Add light strips similar to the ones you added to your fifth wheel.
Did you glue the diamond material to the floor?
Yes sir
Nice! Where did you get the floor liner JD?
There's a link in the last video I showed on the trailer.
@@BTBRVReviews thanks JD!
